Coro:
Sexy, Sexy, Sexy, Sexy, Sexy, Sexy

In Joe Veras's song "Sexy," he is singing about women of different skin tones and how they look when they dress sexy. He admires how they look beautiful, cute, and how they give him an intense attraction towards them. He mentions that every woman these days dresses sexy and it makes him go crazy. He also talks about how their tiny skirts amaze him, showing their beautiful bodies. He then lists out a few women, calling them out by their names, and admiring how sexy they look. He invites all women, regardless of their skin color, to dance with him to the beat of the song, and he assures that the dance trend won't be difficult to follow, so everyone can enjoy it. Finally, he talks about how he would love to eat them up because of how sexy they are.

A la rubia, la india y la trigueña
To blondes and Indigenous and mixed-race women, too
Todas, todas, todas, se vistan sexy
All of them, make sure to dress sexy
Mira que se ven tan chula
Look how cool they look
Mira que se ven tan vella
Look how beautiful they look
Mira que se ven tan coqueta
Look how flirty they look
Mira que me vuelven loco
They drive me crazy
Pero que hembra
What a woman!
Moms catch my attention
Every time they pass by me
Su faldita chiquitica y bonita
Their cute little skirt
All the girls now dress so, ummm
