This independant alternative/rock 5-piece has recently released their Ep “Lost in song” to rave reviews and record sales exceeding 1000.
3 weeks into the release they were selected as “Australian Myspace Artist of the Week” which had them featured on the main myspace home page, and also the Australian section of myspace. It resulted in over 4000 hits in 3 days, and a total of 50,000 to date.
They’re selling to all parts of Australia on Itunes, and internationally as well.
Taking influence from the likes of Sigur Ros, Radiohead, Coldplay and Snow Patrol, Jolan evoke emotion in listeners with their ambient sound scape and sometimes haunting imagery.

Amazingly magnificent! Loved your voice since you first did this on tv. It was the best version i ever heard anyone do on those shows. Cant believe there arent more likes and views than that. I too loved the live version. But people have to understand this lad is a musician and not a karaoke star. As an actual musician he can adapt, change and create. This shows a very smooth, relaxed and restrained side to his talent. If he picks his songs wisely he could be terrific. I would love to hear his take on some of the less known Pete Townshend stuff like "No Road Romance" or the Beautiful "Brooklyn Kids" or maybe some Donny Hathaway covers would be nice. Hopefully he will take good advice and hook up with some great song writers who will give his voice and musicality the vehicle it deserves.
