Sarah Jane Smith was the 1st companion to wear 2 different swimsuits in the TARDIS. First she wore a bikini during the Doctor's 3rd incarnation then a 1-piece during the Doctor's 4th incarnation and both those times the TARDIS landed in the wrong place.
