Tender Love
Jon Secada Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I don't know what to do
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
Quiero llevarte conmigo a la playa
Y caminar por la arena mi nena
I need you baby to quench my desire
Eres tan sexy, me pones crazy
And that's the way I like it shorty
Esa asi lo esta , que sirena bella
Se que se olvidan las penas
CHORUS
A tender love para siempre quiero yo
A tender love is what I need in my life
Me vuelvo loco cuando yo te pienso
Mi corazon se para y no lo entiendo
And now I'm falling in love with you my baby, baby
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
I need your tender love
Quiero bailar contigo apretado
Y desplasarnos de lado a lado
Para decirte lo que siento yo
Cuando toco tu cuerpo
Date la vuelta que quiero verte
Como te mueves tu suavemente
Es que no ves que quiero tenerte
En lo que eso es mi mente
CHORUS
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
I need your tender love
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
I need your tender love
Come on you know you got it on
Come on you know you got it on
Mami, you se lo que quires
Come on get it on
Ponte caliente
Ahora mismo darle
Baila con migo
Con el reggae style
Escucha lo que digo
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
I need your tender love
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
I need your tender love
Aya, I'm so in love with you my baby
I don't know what to do
I need your tender love

The lyrics to Jon Secada's "Tender Love" speak of a deep and passionate love that the singer has for his significant other. He confesses to being so in love with her that he doesn't know what to do or how to express it. He desires to take her to the beach and walk on the sand, to dance with her tightly and tell her how he feels when he touches her body. The lyrics are all about sensuality, attraction, and the intense desire that comes along with being in love.
The chorus speaks of the singer's need for a "tender love" that he wants forever in his life. He becomes crazy when he thinks of her and his heart feels like it stops when he considers his feelings. In the end, he falls in love with his baby, expressing his love several times throughout the song. The song's sensual, upbeat tempo and blend of Spanish and English lyrics make it an exciting listen that's sure to get you in the mood for love.
