Stewart started off as a stand-up comedian but later moved on to television, hosting Short Attention Span Theater for Comedy Central. He then went on to host his own show on MTV, called The Jon Stewart Show. Stewart also hosted another show on MTV, called You Wrote It, You Watch It.
Stewart began hosting The Daily Show on Comedy Central in early 1999. He is also a writer and co-producer of the show. Since Stewart began his contributions to the show, it has gradually gained respect and credibility and in 2005, both The Daily Show and Jon Stewart won Emmy Awards. Stewart has also gained considerable attention as an outspoken critic of George W. Bush's Administration and established media in general, including Bill O'Reilly, cable news, and others. Although it is difficult to categorize Stewart's political views into a single category, on the December 19, 2006, episode of the Daily Show with guest William Kristol, Stewart referred to himself as a "downtown libertarian."

That's not exactly true in the case of misdemeanor. Misdemeanor is not important enough to prosecute a former president or a sitting president in a zone which is the opposite of his party. He's Trump is in a Blue zone. Do you think you'll get a fair trial in a Blue zone? He won't get a fair trial. You know how much people hate Trump in the blue zones? The prosecutor hates him. The judge hates him. The jury hates him for the judge donated to biden's campaign. How can you possibly believe he will get a fair trial under such circumstances? Over misdemeanor charges? No. That's why presidents are not dragged into court over misdemeanor charges. Because presidents are always polarizing. If they are loved they don't get a fair trial. Because if they are loved then the jury does not want to prosecute too harshly. If they are prosecuted in a Blue zone and they are hated then they will be prosecuted too harshly. Justice must be blind.
Love is blind. Hate is blind. And Justice must be blind for your this is the reason that no president has ever been dragged into court over misdemeanor charges at any point in US history. This is setting the precedent. And it has opened the door for retribution against Biden and other Democrat leaders who are also guilty of similar crimes. AOC I just found out is guilty of the same crime. Campaign finance misdemeanor and she was fine and figured that's the end of it she pays to find and everyone moves on. That's how these things are supposed to be handled. Because it is misdemeanor. Exaggerated to a felony. If that happened to you you would be outraged. A polarizing figure. Prosecuted in a Blue zone. Everyone hates him there. How do you think that this is actually Justice or do you realize that it is a mockery of the justice system. It destroys our faith in the system. It opens the door for endless retribution. And it does not serve Justice. The only thing that serves is the desire of those that hate him to see him in handcuffs.
No. Remember my words. Mark my words. When Biden is dragged into court and many others. When the retribution begins. Because Republicans are tired of this. We are not taking it anymore. Keep it up and it will end up in civil war. How can you not see that brags is causing further division. Over a misdemeanor charge. Trying to create a media sensation to harm Trump's reputation. Of course it's backfiring and everyone is saying that this is a miscarriage of Justice. It is making a mountain out of a molehill. It should be seen for what it is. An improper relationship with a prostitute. The prostitute who claims that no affair occurred between them. No one else was there to witness. It was a he-said-she-said. He stopped being charged with any crime related to that. He's being charged with campaign finance violations which are a misdemeanor. The same as AOC the same as so many others. And they will be next. Because the precedent has been set. The door has been opened. And now we are going to see the nightmare result. Stupid. Further escalation further division. Further movement toward possible civil war. And why can you not just stop? Why does every election involving Trump have to be constant smear campaign. Can't you just win against him without doing all of that? I swear it's become some kind of mental illness. Let both sides State their policies. What they believe in. What they're going to do if they are elected. And let the election happen. And stop the ridiculous smear campaigns. Weaponization of our institutions. The loss of faith in our judicial system. And you can't just stop doing it? It's like some kind of addiction and you can't stop? Can't we get through one election debating the real issues with intelligence and open-mindedness instead of mindless mud throwing?
If it's a serious charge then it has to be prosecuted. In that case it's also impossible to get a fair trial. But in that case if it's a serious charge than it has to be prosecuted. You know it won't be a fair trial but you have to do it because it's more serious. You don't have to do it when it's a misdemeanor or it causes a loss of faith in the judicial system and a miscarriage of Justice. For a misdemeanor charge it simply isn't done because it not worth the damage that it causes 2 divided the nation. And it will become a circus of continuous retribution.
It's s impossible for Trump to get a fair trial, to get Justice against him in a Red zone. In a red song they would want to give him a pass and be lenient. That's not Justice either. In other words you can't get Justice anywhere you go. That's also the case with any high-profile. The universally loved celebrity will get leniency by the jury. Because Love is blind. A universally hated celebrity will not get Justice because the jury will punish them with hatred. Any judge with any common Sense knows that you don't always precede you sometimes throw cases out of court. When you know that it is not serious crime. And that Justice will not be blind. There is a requirement that Justice is blind.
We can't just keep saying no one is above the law and then say prosecute him in a Blue zone. They just speaking from a place of hatred and no desire for true Justice.
You have to know this right? You know pelosi said he'll have his day in court to prove his innocence? She doesn't have to prove his innocence pelosi and Trump haters! The burden of proof is to prove guilt. He is innocent until proven guilty. Not guilty until proven innocent as you all seem to believe. You've already deemed him to be guilty. How would you like if that happened to you? Where everyone assumed you are guilty before ever having your day in court? And you think he can get a fair trial in a Blue zone?
What what if it were you. What if you had misdemeanor charges and they exaggerated them to felony? You would be outraged! What if you knew the prosecutor hated you, the judge hated you, and the jury hated you. How would you feel if it happened to you?
