In the silence, I hear the sound
Of your footsteps on the ground
And my heart slows down
So now I'm
I'm waiting for the moonlight
So I can find you in this perfect dream
Girl, you're not invisible
You're all that I can see
Something's changing deep inside
All my hopes are comin' alive
As we're fading into the night
I can see your eyes
So I keep on
Waiting for the moonlight
So I can find you in this perfect dream
Don't think that you can hide there in the shadows
Girl, you're not invisible
You're all that I can
See in the darkness, believe we can make this
All we want is to be (not invisible)
We can stay forever 'cause when we're together
Stuck in this fantasy
I don't wanna leave
And I'll keep waiting for the moonlight
So I can find you in this perfect dream
Don't think that you can hide there in the shadows
Girl, you're not invisible
I'm waiting for the moonlight
So I can find you in this perfect dream
Don't think that you can hide there in the shadows
Girl, you're not invisible
Girl, you're not invisible
You're all that I can see
And my heart slows down
The Jonas Brothers' song, "Invisible," is about someone searching for their loved one who they cannot physically see or touch. The song starts with the singer feeling their loved one's presence all around them, even in the silence. They can hear their footsteps and their heart slows down. The singer is waiting for the moonlight so they can find their loved one in this perfect dream. They feel like they can't hide in the shadows because they're not invisible; they're all that the singer can see.
As the song progresses, the singer feels something changing deep inside of them, and all their hopes are coming alive. As they fade into the night, the singer can see their loved one's eyes. They believe that they can make this work, and all they want is to be together. They can stand forever because they're stuck in this fantasy, and they don't want to leave their loved one.
The chorus repeats the idea of waiting for the moonlight to find their loved one in this perfect dream, emphasizing that their loved one is not invisible, they're all the singer can see. The song highlights the idea that love doesn't require physical touch or appearance, and true love can be felt even when the person is not present.

I can feel you all around
I sense your presence surrounding me
In the silence I hear the sound
Even in silence, your essence is still audible to me
Of your footsteps on the ground
I hear soft, subtle noises from your steps as you walk
And my heart slows down
My heartbeat decelerates as I become captivated by you
I'm waiting for the moonlight
I eagerly anticipate the moon's illumination
So I can find you
So that I may locate your position
In this perfect dream
In this splendid mental vision
Don't think that you can
Do not assume that you are capable of
Hide there in the shadows
Concealing yourself within darkness
Girl your not invisible
You are not undetectable or unseen
Your all that I can see
You are the sole object that I see
Somethings changing deep inside
A profound transformation is occurring within me
All my hopes are comin' alive
Every aspiration I possess is coming to fruition
As we're fading into the night
As we disappear into the darkness
I can see your eyes
I am able to catch a glimpse of your eyes
See the darkness
Observe the obscurity
Believe we can make this
Have faith that we can achieve this
All we want is to be
Our desire is solely to exist as ourselves
We can stand forever
We have the ability to stay together perpetually
Cause were together
Because we are united
Stuck in this fantasy
Trapped in this imaginative world
I don't want to leave
I refuse to depart
Girl your not invisible
You are not undetectable or unseen
And I'll keep
And I will continue to
Waiting for the moonlight
Anticipating the radiance of the moon
So I can find you
To locate you
Your all that I can see
You are the only thing that I can see
