Now this may had been the first song Johnny recorded with his trio that were looking to sound like their predecessor Elvis Presley when they heard the Brass strings they simply didn't like of what they were hearing but Johnny obligated to do it so they can be heard on tape they went back to Tennessee but went over to Nashville where they cut 7 of the best rockabilly records they ever done even though they didn't charted but it became a champion among collectors. This is the best sounding music which arguably sounded better than the Sun recordings out of Memphis.

I am glad that Johnny stuck to Rock a billy because R&B was not him. This is not a bad pop version of the big hit by the Youngsters. Sounds like a Pat Boone white arrangement.

The fellow with his hand on Johnny's shoulder is Gene McDaniels, who also recorded on the Liberty Records label at the time. The fellow on Johnny's right is Gary U.S. Bonds.
