1) Jordy Lemoine was born on January 14 1988 in Caen, Normandie, France.
Probably the youngest dance artist ever, Jordy began his career in showbusiness in 1992, at age 4, with the release of the single "Dur Dur D'être Bébé" ("It's Tough To Be A Baby") which spent 15 weeks at #1 (in France) and sold about 2 000 000 copies worldwide. A second single ("Alison") and full album ("Pochette Surprise") were released soon after, as Jordy began to tour Europe, Asia, Canada and the US with his parents, father Claude Lemoine (popular French producer) and mother, author Patricia Clerget.
Pushing to the limits what Claude Lemoine first described as a joke, two more albums were later released ("Potion Magique" in 1993 and "Récréation" in 1994).
After opening a farm to the public as a commercial center where Jordy's parents could sell derivated products using the image of their son, many accusations concerning the exploitation of their young children forced them to close the farm (1996). Lemoine and Clerget divorced soon after.
More recently (2005), Jordy won a popular French reality show called "La Ferme Des Célébrités", and published a book about his experiences in the world of showbusiness called "Je ne suis plus un bébé" ("I'm not a baby anymore"). In this book, he accused his father to have spent, for his own purposes, most of the royalties he should have received when he turned 18.
In February 2006, Jordy released a new single in France: "Je T'apprendrai".
2) JORDY an American pop artist is openly gay and he's not afraid of it showing in his songs. Jordy's goal is to normalize queer relationships in songs because every song you've heard growing up is always based on a straight relationship. His top hit "Just Friends" follows Jordy as he struggles to garner the attention of the boy he likes, desperate to avoid the friend-zone once again, when chosing the cover art he proudly chose two men holding hands. His debut album "Mind Games" is about a past relationship he went through with another man.
3) Born and raised in Tottenham, Jordy is an upcoming rapper and artist that's been making subtle waves within the scene. The 24 year old is also a part of the growing collective Vibbar, which is named after 'vibes' in Swedish. Growing up listening to the likes of 50 Cent and Ludacris, this is where his love of rapping started to begin. Jordy then started listening to Grime, he tried it out but as of right now his influences lye with Jay Z, Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar, Ghetts and Frank Ocean.

Oh là là bébé, c'est dur dur d'être bébé
Dur dur d'être bébé
Je m'appelle Jordy
C'est dur dur d'être bébé
Oh là là bébé, c'est dur dur d'être bébé
Dur dur d'être bébé.
Je m'appelle Jordy
Dur dur d'être bébé
Viens ici, touche pas ça
Reste assis, va pas là
Fais comme ci, fais comme ça
Patati et patata
Pourquoi ci pourquoi ça
Pourquoi c'est comme ci
Pourquoi ci pourquoi ça
Pourquoi c'est comme ça.
Oh là là bébé, c'est dur dur d'être bébé
Dur dur d'être bébé.
Et Maman, qu'est-ce que tu dis
Fais dodo, lave tes mains
Enlève tes doigts du nez
Fais pas ci, fais pas ça
Patati et patata
Pourquoi ci pourquoi ça
Pourquoi c'est comme ci
Pourquoi ci pourquoi ça
Pourquoi c'est comme ça.
Oh là là bébé, c'est dur dur d'être bébé
Dur dur d'être bébé.
Reste assis, pas d'accord!
Touche pas ça, pas d'accord!
Va pas là, pas d'accord!
T'auras pas de dessert
Et Mamie, et Papi, et Maman
Dur dur d'être bébé
Oh là là bébé
C'est dur d'être bébé
Dur dur d'être bébé
Translation:
It's Hard To Be A Baby
It's tough to be a baby
Oh, baby, it's tough to be a baby
Oh, baby, it's tough to be a baby
Tough to be a baby
My name's Jordy, I'm four years old, I'm really small
It's tough to be a baby, tough to be a baby
Come here, don't touch that, sit still, don't go there
Do this, do that, blah, blah, blah
Why this, why that, why is that like this?
Why this, why that, why is that like this?
Oh, baby, it's tough to be a baby
Oh, baby, it's tough to be a baby
Tough to be a baby
And mommy says, go to bed, brush your teeth
Don't pick your nose, don't do this, don't do that
Blah, blah, blah
Why is this, why is that, why is that like this?
Why is this, why is that, why is that like this?
Don't move - no way!
Don't touch that - no way!
Don't go there - no way!
You won't get your dessert
And grandma, grandpa and mommy
It's tough to be a baby
Oh, baby, it's tough to be a baby
Oh, baby, it's tough to be a baby
Tough to be a baby
The song "Dur dur d'être bébé" by Jordy, which translates to "It's Hard to Be a Baby," is a reflection of a child's life as they navigate through differences in opinion between themselves and their caregivers, as well as having to follow rules and guidelines that they may not fully understand. The repetition of "patati et patata" throughout the song represents the adult's muddled and confusing explanations given to the child. The lyrics reveal the frustrations of both the child and the caregivers.
The chorus of the song, "It's tough to be a baby, oh baby," emphasizes the challenges that the child faces, while repeating the name "Jordy" reminds the listener that this is just one child's experience and that every child deals with their own obstacles. The song ends with "It's tough to be a baby" repeated four times, emphasizing the difficulties that the baby has to deal with on a daily basis, while at the same time highlighting the love and care they receive from their family.
