After initially starting as a producer, he began rapping over his own beats in 2015. Starting in 2015, Josh A's music has ranged from Electronic-influenced to Rap. His biggest projects have been the Blessed series which showcase his perspective on life as he lives it. He gained popularity quickly. In 2017 he contacted Jake Hill asking to make a collaboration.
