Born and raised in Jamul, a rural and spectacular region of rolling hills 20 miles east of downtown San Diego, California brothers Josh and JB Welch make up this talented young group. Josh & JB are from a multi-racial background and come from a strong musical heritage. Theatre and dance experience for Josh and JB stemmed at an early age from when their family opened a San Diego based theatre and dance group called "Applause Theatre," where both JB and Josh stepped onto the stage for live performances in plays like "Rumors" and "Our Town" and performed with the La Jolla Stage Company in "Amadeus." Since then Josh & JB have both been under the acting guidance of Hollywood, Broadway directors and great choreographers. JB is currently in his second year of college. He began playing the piano at a young age and as he became older grew a passion for playing the guitar. Josh is currently in the 10th grade and the younger of the two. They recall it as if it were just yesterday when he and his brother came up with the idea of starting the label and now it has actually become a reality. "I want to send the message across to all the young kids to go ahead and pursue their dream . . . just do it! Will is power!" Their music has a unique sound with a mixture of pop and rock. Both Josh and JB agree, growing up in Jamul has been a great experience."We love Jamul and we love the freedom that our experience here has created for us both artistically and to have the dream to launch a project all over the world" stated JB Welch
Gravity
Josh and Jb Lyrics

Every time I'd hit the ground
On that long dirt road, my bike lost control
And once again I was fallin' down
Every time I'd try to fly, there's a force I can't deny
Gravity
Grew to be six foot one, depended on no one
Invincible and strong until you came along
And touched me with your gentle hand
When I look into your eyes, there's a force I can't deny
Gravity
Well, I never really liked it much
Always left me all scraped up
Never really saw it as a good thing
Changes tides out on the sea
Pulled your body close to me
First time I ain't been afraid to fall
Don't guess it's so bad after all
Gravity
Well, I never really liked it much
Always left me all scraped up
Never really saw it as a good thing
Changes tides out on the sea
Pulled your body close to me
First time I ain't been afraid to fall
Don't guess it's so bad after all
Gravity
Gravity
Mmm, gravity
The lyrics of Josh and Jb's song Gravity speak about the force of gravity and its impact on our lives. The song begins with the singer reminiscing about his childhood memories, where every time he tried to fly, he would always end up falling due to the force of gravity. As he grew older, he learned to depend on himself and thought he was invincible until he falls for someone who touches him with their gentle hand. When he looks into their eyes, he still feels the force of gravity.
The singer never liked gravity much; it only left him scraped up and wounded from his childhood memories. However, when he is in the embrace of his love interest, he no longer fears falling. The song paints gravity as a force that can be both good and bad, like the changing tides out on the sea. Nevertheless, he concludes with the line "Don't guess it's so bad after all."
The song's message is about how the force of gravity is omnipresent and impacts us in different ways, but it's important to embrace it and not fear falling. The singer's relationship with his love interest becomes the gravity that grounds him and stops him from falling.
