Isn’t this why psychologists and therapists help their patients improve their mental health? You have a very good point that made me realize how I can improve my mental state. Thank you I am glad to watch your video.

1:25-1:46 - The ending of this one reminds me of a series of painting exercises I did in one of my fine arts courses in college. The exercise involved cutting out a 4"x4" greyscale clipping of a newspaper or something and trying to paint a match beside it using only black, white, ultramarine blue (probably related to cyan), yellow, and some red (probably magenta) in acrylic paints. The greyscale shades and tints all had traces of some subtractive primary colour in them. And because of my memory of these exercises, I still see the yellow and red on the left and right sides of the building respectively - even though this particular illusion is a positive/negative trick showing a complementary negative image as soon as the saturated version of the picture turns greyscale.

This also happens at night when you switch off a screen after watching ordinary views and lay down or sit in a semi darkened room and stare at the walls, floor or ceiling. Also objects in the room seem to wobble a bit.
Dolls or teddy bears seem to turn their head back and forth and wave rheir arms up and down slightly. Or is that just a defect in me?

@thedudethatjustexists

the doll thing is scary why
