The Northern Norwegian band
Judith is a hybrid of four young men from Northern Norway with a different set of musical influences.
It is all rock - could be emo, could be stoner, or more popishlike rock - but the sound is all Judith. Will be avalible on last.fm by the end of 2006.
The American goth rock band
Christopher David made face with Requiem in White throughout the early '90s, making himself one of goth rock's rising stars around his native New York City. By 1995, he hooked up with bass player Damian James and drummer Brian Veit for a new project, a darkwave experimental group they called Judith. They made their debut that April at CBGB annual event, Night of Misanthropy, and Judith's first album Föhn was out by December. Since goth rock was still cult and fan-based throughout America, Judith challenged European audiences. Judith's infectious post-punk sound of lush choruses, heavy bass lines, and worldbeat percussion was strikingly similar to the likes of Die Krupps and Rosetta Stone. A deal with Neue Aesthetik was set by 1998 and Judith issued the beautiful chaos of La Reveuse. Monica Richards and William Faith of Faith & the Muse invited Judith to play the Blackout A.D. tour in 1999; this was Judith's first major tour of North America and dates in the U.K. and Germany followed the next summer. Having spent the latter '90s on the road and recording, David, James, and Veit took a well-deserved break before writing for a third album. Play of Light was issued in fall 2001.

Biografie
Zij kreeg landelijke bekendheid toen zij in 2000 het RTL 4-programma Your Big Break won.
In 2003 zong zij de herkenningstune van When it hits home.
You, Love Me, nummers van Kate Bush, en andere werken.

Judith Lyrics

Baby, it's cold outside
I've got to away
But baby, it's cold outside
This evening has been
Been hoping that you'd drop in
So very nice
I'll hold your hands, they're just like ice
My mother will start worry
Beautiful, what's the hurry?
My father will be pacing the floor
Listen to the fireplace roar
So really I'd better scurry
Beautiful, please don't hurry
But maybe just a half a drink more
Put some records on while I pour
The neighbors might think
Baby, it's bad out there
Say, what's in that drink?
No cabs to be had out there
I wish I knew how
Your eyes are like starlight now
To break this spell
I'll take your hat, your hair looks swell
I ought to say "no, no, no"
Mind if I move in closer?
At least I'm gonna say that I tried
What's the sense in hurtin' my pride?
I really can't stay
Baby, don't hold out
But it's cold outside
I simply must go
But baby, it's cold outside
The answer is no
But baby, it's cold outside
The welcome has been
How lucky that you dropped in
So nice and warm
Look out the window at that storm
My sister will be suspicious
Gosh, your lips look delicious
My brother will be there at the door
Waves upon the tropical shore
My maiden aunt's mind is vicious
Ooh, your lips are delicious
But maybe just a cigarette more
Never such a blizzard before
I've gotta get home
Baby, you'd freeze out there
Say, lend me a coat
It's up to your knees out there
You've really been grand
I thrill when you touch my hand
But don't you see?
How can you do this thing to me?
There's bound to be talk tomorrow
Think of my lifelong sorrow
At least there will be plenty implied
If you caught pneumonia and died
I really can't stay
Get over that holdout
Oh, but it's cold outside
The popular duet "Baby, It's Cold Outside" is a classic Christmas song that is often played during the holiday season. The song was written by lyricist Frank Loesser in 1944, and it was first introduced in the romantic comedy film "Neptune's Daughter" in 1949. The song features dialogue between a man and a woman who are enjoying each other's company, but the woman expresses her desire to leave. The man tries to convince her to stay, arguing that it would be too cold outside.
The song's lyrics have faced criticism in recent years for being too suggestive, particularly the lyrics "Say, what's in this drink?" It has been argued that this line implies that the man is drugging the woman's drink, but the line was actually a common saying during the time the song was written and simply meant that the drink was strong. Despite the controversy, "Baby, It's Cold Outside" remains a popular holiday song and has been covered by many artists over the years.
The song's lyrics tell a story of a couple who are enjoying each other's company, but the woman is hesitant to stay because of the cold weather. The man tries to persuade her to stay, but she insists on leaving. The duo exchanges banter throughout the song, with the man making playful advances and the woman trying to resist. The lyrics are filled with clever wordplay and innuendo, making it a fun and flirty song to listen to.
Overall, "Baby, It's Cold Outside" is a charming and playful holiday tune that captures the essence of the season. The playful back-and-forth between the man and woman creates a lighthearted tone that makes it a timeless classic.

It's because we all have both sides, the Moon Goddess is there, even when people are women abusers and haters.. the sad bit is they deny it and it only means it takes them longer to really evolve to a better person

Lyrics
You're such an inspiration
For the ways
That I will never,
Ever choose to be
Oh,
So many ways for
Me to show you
How your savior
Has abandoned you
(Fuck your God!)
Your Lord and your Christ
(He did this!)
Took all you had and
(Left you this way!)
Still you pray,
You never stray,
You never
(Never taste of the fruit)
Never thought to question why
It's not like you killed someone
It's not like you drove a
Hateful spear into his side
Praise the one who left you
Broken down and paralyzed
He did it all for you
Oh
He did it all for you
Oh
Oh,
So many ways for
Me to show you
How your dogma
Has abandoned you
(Pray)
To your Christ,
To your God
(Never taste of the fruit)
Never stray,
Never break never
(Choke on a lie)
Even though he's the one
(Who did this to you)
Never thought to question why
Not like you killed someone
It's not like you drove a
A spiteful spear into his side
Talk to Jesus Christ as if
He knows the reasons why
He did it all for you
Oh
Did it all for you
Oh
He did it all for you!
Oh

Judith was Maynard James Keenan's mother's name. She was a very religious person. One day she had a stroke that left her in a wheelchair partially paralyzed. This stroke only strengthened her belief in God - something that Maynard found to be pretty ironic. The lyrics in this song reflect how he felt about the whole situation - "It's not like you killed someone, It's not like you drove a spiteful spear into his side, You praise the one who left you broken down and paralyzed." He's saying that his mother was a good person who believed in God and yet this is how she was "thanked."
