The original lineup consisted of Chris Fedun, Brandon Hargest, Brittany Hargest, Libby Hodges, and Lesley Moore. In early 2004, Libby Hodges left to go back to a "normal life" and trial member Natasha Noack filled in for Libby during the 2004 Radio Disney Spring Thing Tour. Contrary to the group's name, there were only 4 members in the band from summer 2004 until they disbanded in 2007:
Chris Fedun (born January 14, 1986)
Brandon Hargest (born March 17, 1987)
Brittany Hargest (born August 2, 1988)
Lesley Moore (born October 15, 1986)
The band officially disbanded Sunday, December 16, 2007. They performed their final concert at the Rocketown Center in Nashville, Tennessee; performing with former member Libby Hodges.
Beauty and the Beast

True as it can be
Barely even friends
Then somebody bends
Unexpectedly
Just a little change
Small to say the least
Both a little scared
Beauty and the Beast
Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure
As the sun will rise
Tale as old as time
Tune as old as song
Bittersweet and strange
Finding you can change
Learning you were wrong
Certain as the sun
Rising in the east
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast
The song Beauty and the Beast is from the 1991 Disney movie of the same name. The song is a duet between the two main characters, Belle and the Beast. The song begins by saying that the tale of the two is old as time and that it is true as it can be. They were barely friends when they met, but then someone bends unexpectedly. Belle steps out of her comfort zone and agrees to stay at the Beast's castle. This is the moment when the little change happens in their relationship, which is small to say the least. They are both a little scared and not prepared for this change, but it is clear that they are falling in love.
The second verse explains that although their relationship is ever-changing, it is also ever the same. Even though there are new surprises, it is still familiar. It is just as sure as the sun rising. The last verse speaks about how the tale of Beauty and the Beast is a symbol of how one can learn through changing. It says that it is certain as the sun rising in the east. It talks about how their relationship is bittersweet and strange, but that they have found they can change and learn from each other.

Jump5 did the best remixes I've ever heard. You can tell they really get into it, and sure it doesn't sound as romantic as the original, but it sounds like they're celebrating Beauty and the Beast, which is a good thing :)

I was in a production of Beauty and the Beast in middle school and after every show they played this song after bows. During our last show, after giving our directors gifts, we played this and the directors ran up to join us when it played. This song and that musical will always have a special place in my heart.
