I played Air Ride as a child but it wasn't like one of my favorite games or anything, and after a while I completely forgot about it. Ok. Everybody is saying that this song isn't in Ultimate because it appeared in the Kirby Anime and legal reasons, but how is it that they got Advent Children music in Smash? That is LITERALLY from the Movie! So why did they not get this song?

Copyrights of the Kirby anime, possibly the one that made the song for the Kirby anime doesn't want to give the legal rights to use the song for smash bros. Since Advent Children is owned by Square Enix, I am guessing it didn't bother them to put a movie song into smash bros.
