Three months after Last Exit's initial U.K. release, Domino picked up the album for distribution in the U.S. The Domino version added a bonus disc with B-sides and remixes from the 12" releases. The relatively slick So This Is Goodbye followed in 2006. The single "In The Morning" was featured in an iTunes commercial in 2007.
On July 10, 2007, Junior Boys second album was revealed as being on the shortlist for the 2007 Polaris Music Prize. They did not ultimately win the prize.
In September 2008, Morgan Geist's album "Double Night Time" was released with five songs performed by Jeremy Greenspan.
On April 7, 2009, the duo released their third full length album, Begone Dull Care on Domino records. The album is named for a short film by Academy Award-winning National Film Board animator Norman McLaren. The front cover gives the band name in French, along with Caprice en Couleurs, the French title of the film; the entirety of the liner notes is presented bilingually, including song titles.

One minute interview
From next to help breathe it out
It's a hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
It's a hard wait (yeah)
When every second takes its tour
With every kiss you kill me more
But I'm here and I decide
So come close and watch me 'til I die
It's true I understand too well
This price of touch and go
Still search your awful secrets
That I found out on my own
Come on just give me something
Or let me be left alone
Hide my face in the crowd
Just keeps me moving and moving out
It's a hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
When you've been there for a few at home
Because you've been off way too long
And it's too much just to leave again
So you've figured that you'll stay instead
Hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
Hard wait (yeah)
Oh it's a hard wait (yeah)
Just a tear on the falling edge
And in the end it's just another stretch
To find someone you can understand
Find someone who's got the tact in hand
For every moment and stance
Every wink and every glance
You get caught up in another night
And you hit me with those hazel eyes
The lyrics to Junior Boys’ song Hazel are incredibly complex and ambiguous, leaving the listener struggling to tease out a clear understanding of the meaning behind them. From the outset, the singer conveys a sense of confusion and difficulty in trying to decipher the object of his desire. He describes this person as being challenging to figure out, with their moods and emotions fluctuating unpredictably from moment to moment. This is compounded by the fact that, in the next breath, they seem to be seeking his help - perhaps even his affection.
The repetition of the phrase “hard wait” throughout the song drives home the point that love and relationships are often difficult and require significant perseverance and patience. The singer speaks about how every kiss from the object of his desire causes him more pain, yet he feels powerless to resist their allure. He continues to profess his devotion and willingness to die for this person, even as he laments the fact that they are so inscrutable and guarded. There is certainly no happy ending promised by this song, with the singer confessing to being caught up in an unending cycle of desire and uncertainty.
Overall, Hazel is a song that speaks to the difficulty and pain that can sometimes come with relationships, particularly when one person is trying to figure out the other. It is a pleading, yearning song that captures the sense of obsession and confusion that can consume one’s thoughts when in love.
