Just a Minute is a BBC Radio 4 radio comedy panel game which has been running continuously since its first broadcast on December 22, 1967. Four players try to speak about a simple subject for one minute, but there's a twist: they cannot hesitate when talking, deviate from the subject, or repeat any word aside from simple words or the subject. The chairman (currently Nicholas Parsons) regulates the show by verifying any rules broken. A whistle blower is provided to tell the player their time is up. A point is rewarded for speaking when the whistle is blown, a correct challenge for rule-breaking, a good interruption but no rule has been broken, or getting an interruption but an incorrect challenge. Regular panelists include Paul Merton, Clement Freud, Tony Hawks, Sue Perkins.

Trust in the name and the power of Our Lord Jesus Christ, The Father and The Holy Spirit.
Say this Prayer to ask God for Freedom in Christ Jesus.
●Say: Jesus Christ i ask you to please come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour, please Bless my soul and make me a true child of God.
Thank you for saving me and setting me free. In Jesus name. Amen

Ō K A M I shieeet Social media would have been alright too better to keep in touch with family and friends but.....sadly it turned into negativity. We don’t use social media for what it was made for. They turned it all around and made it what it is today. 😢😒
