Previous bands include 'Rasp' and 'Curses', before going solo with his current acoustic project.
In 2002, Justin recorded a live, one-take, studio album called '...honey' and released it via his Website.
In 2004, Justin re-recorded a track from '...honey' in New York with producer (Maroon 5) and musician, Tommy Allen and guitarist, Paul Carbonara (Blondie). Legendary Ed Stasium who has worked with the Ramones, Freddie Mercury and Mick Jagger amongst others, did the final master.
In 2006, Justin recorded a live performance at the Jersey Arts Centre with his band The Chiefs (Billed as Justin Thorne & The Chiefs) and the CD will include new studio tracks and the New York mix of 'Sold' in early 2007.
His follow-up album 'Mellowdrama' is expected towards the end of 2007.
Justin is also a published author and his collection of short stories called 'In the Shadows: An anthology of the curious' is available in March 2007 from Chicago-based Kedzie Press. His debut novel, 'Footsteps' will be available towards the end of 2007.
