Now I've sacrificed certain things in my life

I even had me a lady I could've made her my wife
I had the opportunity to settle down, but I chose to pursue my passion.

And I had a job where I was the boss clocking in but I couldn't waste
I had a comfortable job as a boss, but I could not waste my time.

No more time for a dime and I had to play this music of mine
I had to put my all into my music, without wasting any time.

In my life I'll always be on the road that's meant for me
I will always stay on the path that is right for me.

Every chance I have I'll take it going as high as I wanna be
