Nokumori ga ima mo mune ni
Wasurenai ima mo maka
Ano hibi ga yomigaeru yo
Sakura matta shigatsu no koko no hidamari
Kudari datta aoi kisetsu o dakishimeteta
Sasatteita kokoro no toge sae mo kimi wa
Shiroi hana ga chiisaku saita yo
Bokura no kodokuto iuna no namida ni
Hanasanai kimi no te o
Sono namida wa tsutumu kara
Yukkure ga konna ni mo

Nagaretetta hoshi tachi wadoko e yuku darou
Kimi no koe ga sukoshi zutsu chiisa kunatteku

Nokumori ga ima mo mune ni

Ano hibi ga yomigaeru yo
The lyrics essentially talk about holding onto memories and feelings from the past, specifically a certain time in April where the cherry blossoms were in bloom. The singer reminisces about this time, holding onto the warmth and comfort of another person's voice and touch (kimi no koe, kimi no te no nokumori). Even in the present, those memories and feelings are still kept close to the heart, and the singer can't forget those days (wasurenai ima mo maka, ano hibi ga yomigaeru yo).
The second verse further emphasizes the significance of this time, where even the pain and thorns in the singer's heart were lifted by the laughter and kindness of the other person (sasatteita kokoro no toge sae mo kimi wa, waratte kureta itsu no ma ni kamaru kunatteta). The mention of a small white flower blooming represents hope and new beginnings, despite the loneliness and tears that come with it (shiroi hana ga chiisaku saita yo, bokura no kodoku to iuna no namida ni).
Overall, the lyrics convey a sense of nostalgia and holding onto what once was, even though time has passed. The comfort and warmth of someone's touch and voice remain timeless and important, even as life moves forward.
