Kagamine RIN is one of Yamaha's Vocaloids; a series of software used to create machine-generated vocals. A dedicated fanbase has created a great deal of music featuring her and other Vocaloids.
Released on December 27, 2007, Kagamine Rin/Len (鏡音リン) is the second installment of the Vocaloid2 Character Vocal Series. Their family name was chosen by combining Kagami (鏡 ,Mirror?), Ne (音 ,Sound?), with the first syllables of their given names a pun on "Left" and "Right". They are not actually brother and sister, but are reflections of a mirror.[citation needed] According to Vocaloid's official blog, the package includes two voice banks: one for Rin and another for Len, both provided by the voice actor Asami Shimoda. Despite the double voice banks, the package still sells at the same price as Hatsune Miku.

the line "if everything was yes, a lie - how it would have been really nice." hits way too hard for me.
for context:
im not gonna go into detail because people in a vocaloid comment section on youtube dont really need to know my past, but in 2020 i did a lot of really bad things. i regret everything i did so much, and it pained me so much just remembering it for a long time. it didnt take me a while to realize what i did was wrong, i knew as i was doing these things, it was awful, but because of how messed up i was due to trauma and the people i was surrounded by making me desperate for attention and validation, i did it anyway. im not trying to justify or rationalize my actions at all, but one step to recovery for me is understanding the reason. it's taken me a long time to accept its all over and in the past, and i dont see myself as the same person anymore. it's been 2 years since i made friends with those people. i really do hope they're doing well.
heres why i relate to the line so much.
i was a christian at the time. i remember how much i regretted my actions just hours after what i did. i remember sobbing in bed because of how much i hated myself for it. i remember praying for hours that i could just wake up and i didnt do it, it was all a different person. i begged god with tears in my eyes to be free from it. it never happened.
i know that would go against the laws of,, well,, everything. but it still pains me to remember how much i hated myself.
this goes for the rest of the song, too. i really regret a lot of things i did in 2020, and by god i wish i could just get rid of myself back then. i was also pretty suicidal back then, which fits with the theme of wanting to dive into a nuclear reactor. i've gotten a lot better since then, but i really do hate my past self so much.
