Kalafina Lyrics

夢を思い出した
若草色の哀しみを
細く甘く歌う
My fairy tale
何も終わることのない
永遠を知っていた
もう誰も語らない
キスを一つ残して
君は何処へ行く
灯火一つ抱いて
森に消えて行く
In the dark
ずっと遠くへ歩いてく
懐かしい面影
ずっと遠くが君の家
辿り着けはしない
Your fairy tale
In the light
The lyrics to Kalafina's song "fairytale" are a melancholic reminiscence of childhood dreams in a fairy tale-like world, where the characters are left with only memories of their past. The song begins with a nostalgic projection of the past, where the dreams in a light-green sadness are recalled, and the singer marvels at the infinite possibilities of eternity. She sings of a fading love story that no one tells anymore, leaving only the remnants of a fairy tale to ponder. The chorus mourns the departure of the other person, who leaves behind one last kiss and takes away the only light, disappearing into the forest in the darkness.
The second verse of the song recalls the feelings of longing for the distant past, where memories of a bygone time are just a mirage that they would never see again. Here, the singer's memories are of a past that has long past, an eternal dream that remains closed, and the pain and joy of life that begin afresh. The lyrics are a tribute to the moments that have passed, the things that have been lost, and the things that the characters have failed to hold onto.

Nasu's lyrics + Kajiura's Melody + Kalafina's performance = REAL Magic
@niklastjitra1323
What, nasu wrote the lyrics?
@user-ts8hq7hy6d
@@niklastjitra1323 Nasu and Kajiura co-composed the lyrics.
@TheSeeking2know
I didn't know the lyrics were co-written.
@fitriaahsani1286
@@user-ts8hq7hy6d i never heard this info. Afaik Kajiura just took some (many) lines from the novel, but Nasu did not necessarily take part in the lyric composition.

Any song composed by Yuki Kajiura never gets boring. I personally believe this is one of her best pieces she has released so far.
@Ravensh1ne
listening for 3 years, hello from 2020 where it's still AWESOME
@KitySims
This is also one of my all time favorites from Kalafina! Been listening to them and Kajiura music for almost 9 years and it never gets old!
@AC9123
Honestly... Yes. But I personally have yet to find a favorite since they're all so good.
@fenqing01
Not all. Her latest work , Homura, is a huge disappointment. I am not saying Homura is bad but we hardly can find any 'Yuki Kajiura' in that song.
