The thing you need might be in a different direction or perspective, one you haven't looked at yet

There's something stirring inside you that can guide you in the right direction

It will fill you with emotion, if you let it be your guide so
If you allow yourself to be moved by that internal feeling, it can lead you to where you need to be

I'm going through the motions, anticipating the possibility of something new

Somehow I've forgotten what it stood for
I've lost sight of the meaning behind what I do, and I need to rediscover it

I look into your face and see the searching in your eyes
I see in you the same sense of searching and need for direction that I feel

I will be your servant till the end
I'm willing to help and support you without expectation of anything in return

The music plays, and for a moment I feel
Music has the ability to evoke powerful emotions and feelings within me

That all there days and so fulfilling
In those moments, I feel that my days and my life are truly meaningful and fulfilling

Desperation shows its ugly face in many ways
The pressure and uncertainty of life can manifest in unappealing ways

No one can escape the times we live in
We're all impacted by the world around us, whether we like it or not

The answers are so simple and we all know where to look
The solutions to our problems are often straightforward, and we have the capacity to find them

But it's easier to just avoid the question
Despite knowing where to look, we often choose to ignore the answers or avoid the issue at hand

And if I seem too inconclusive
If I come across as unclear or indecisive

It's just because it's so elusive
It's because what I'm searching for is hard to pin down or clearly articulate

Once again, we all require an internal sense of purpose or hope

Once again, the solution or what we need might be found by changing our perspective or looking elsewhere

We need to listen to and trust our internal instincts in order to find what we're searching for
