Okay, for the people who don't understand that they're all doing their own thing... That's what this whole song is about. Blowing off steam and doing it on your own terms. Paul is chill and just playing the guitar because to him, calming down is just him and that guitar. Rihanna is doing the emotional crying bit mixed with a tad bit of promiscuity because she's vulnerable emotionally and is wanting closeness even if it comes purely in the form of sex to forget the person she's crying over. Kanye is "dancing like its a hip hop video" because his way is basically the motions you see. Hyper, intense, angry at times gestures. He goes from waking up an optimist to not caring if he goes to jail because of how things have gone through the day.
It's actually really impressive how they portray this in such a minimalistic way.
