All of my friends hate me for liking Kanye and say he's an asshole...
but the truth is that he is a musical genius and has changed the industry by signing some of the most famous artists of our generation and by making rap something meaningful.
He makes mistakes and acts proudly, but underneath it all he's real and raw and true to himself, speaks up for what he believes in, and doesn't care what anyone says.
The difference between him and Taylor Swift (I use her as an example purposely) is that he pushes limits, breaks boundaries, talks about real issues and changes the music industry. He doesn't put on act for the public unlike every other celebrity, and I respect that so much, regardless of his mistakes.
