I remember the first time I completed KH1 and heard this amazing composition, I was awestruck. This entire arrangement allows you to relive the emotional journey of the story and articulates the pain, sorrow, and joy of this series. Amazing.

Beautiful piece of music, and the inspirations it takes from earlier pieces really makes this stand out. Absolutely needs more views - then again, Kingdom Hearts needs more players. I recently finished it again, fantastic game.

Really loved this game as a kid. Melodies like this one stuck with me for a long time afterward...this song is meaningful enough to me both in stature and for posterity alone that I've already planned to have it played at my funeral someday.(hopefully a very very long time away!!!)

I can't listen to this song anymore because the combined feelings of goosebumps, nostalgia, and anxiety of things I haven't done hits so hard that each time feels brand new. This is an extremely cheesy comment but I believe it and this song/series is amazing!

The build up to :44 makes me picture a son or daughter coming home from a long journey, in a large building their family and loved ones are there all talking to each other, as the child walks in the people along the sides of the room stop talking and watch as they go up to their parents/loved one and finally greet them for the first time in a long time. And it makes me cry manly tears every fucking time.

At first the song starts out with its own Kingdom Hearts feeling to it, then at 1:35 it begins to sound more Disney-like. I love this so much :)

but see, by having Riku go into the realm of darkness, it provided one of the most amazing stories of redemption and courage. Pinocchio seemed fitting because it doesn't have any sequels unlike Aladdin who continued the next chapter in that world amazingly accurate.

The amazing thing about this genre of music is that people can come together despite age and culture and appreciate it. People who listen to music for the instrumentation as opposed to the catchy lyrics that make no sense are the people I like being associated with.

@MoarPewPewPlz Me too, graduation's comming up soon for me and this song would be so perfect, it shows that this part of the journey is done and a new one is on the way. Cherish all the memories and keep in contact with your friends. I figured that was the point of Kingdom Hearts too, like one of the themes and I think Leon said it towards the end. "We may be far apart at times , but our hearts keep us connected" or something to that extent.
