Totaka's Song
The infamous "Kazumi Totaka's Song" is a short, looping song, earliest cited feature in X, that has been heard in almost every game he has worked on. Such games include Mario Paint, Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: Wild World, Link's Awakening, Yoshi Touch & Go, Super Mario Land 2, Virtual Boy Wario Land, Pikmin 2, Luigi's Mansion, and Yoshi's Story.
Other games which Kazumi Totaka has worked on, but have unconfirmed appearances of the song, include Wii Sports, Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3, and Wave Race 64.
Animal Crossing series
To hear the song in Animal Crossing or Animal Crossing: Wild World, enter the request "K.K. Song" from K.K. Slider between 8pm and midnight on Saturday nights. You will also receive an aircheck to listen to in your house (requesting is not required in Wild World). K.K. Slider has the real name of Totakeke, which is Totaka's name shortened in Japanese. Totakeke is said to be an animal version caricature of Totaka. This name could be derived from how Totaka's name is said in Japanese (the last name coming first), Totaka Kazumi.

14 seconds of Yoshi singing his own song. Yes, Kazumi Tokata is both the voice actor of Yoshi and the composer of this song as well as many other songs from a plethora of games such as:
Mario Paint (1992) (with Hirokazu Tanaka and Ryoji Yoshitomi)
Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins (1992)
Virtual Boy Wario Land (1995)
Yoshi's Story (1997)
Mario Artist: Paint Studio (1999) (with Chris Jojo, Martin Goodall and Suddi Raval)
Mario Artist: Talent Studio (2000) (with Kenta Nagata and Toru Minegishi)
Mario Artist: Polygon Studio (2000)
Luigi's Mansion (2001) (with Shinobu Tanaka)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (2008) (with various others) – "Title (Animal Crossing)" and "The Roost"
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (2014) (with various others) – "Wii Sports Resort" and "Wii Sports Resort Ver. 2"
Yoshi's Woolly World (2015) / Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World (2017) (with Tomoya Tomita and Misaki Asada) – "Yarn Yoshi Takes Shape!", "The Desert Pyramid Beckons!" and "Fluffy Snow, Here We Go! (Overground)"
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (2017) (with Shiho Fujii, Atsuko Asahi, Ryo Nagamatsu, Yasuaki Iwata, Asuka Hayazaki, Toru Minegishi, Koji Kondo)
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (2018) (with various others) – "Title Theme" from Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer
@Kirbman
Interesting fact about the Mario Kart 8 one: Totaka wasn't actually involved with composing for MK8, his only credit was voicing Yoshi. Yet he still found a way to include his theme.
@Kid_Cat64
It's a light blue dinosaur
The dino: singing
@nintendowolf
How was this discovered? I feel like it should be impossible to hear
@JamesTheFoxeArt
Nitro Wildfire Well I think people saw that Totaka was involved, even if not composing, and tried to find anything that sounds like the song, what I’m saying it was probably trial and error that helped find it
@nintendowolf
@JamesTheFox Oh okay
@Lua_computa
Maybe Nintendo got there musicians to do it with Totaka’s permission.
@fruitcakedog1997
This is basically Nintendo’s equivalent of Pixar’s A113.
@martinsanchez3333
FruitcakeDog It’s really not
@marthaantonioortega7736
I guess but only if totaka works on it.
@nak8490
Pretty much.
