In 1996 he released Just Like You, which featured guest appearances from Jackson Browne and Bonnie Raitt.
In 2004, he appeared on Amy Grant: Greatest Hits 1986-2004 in a duet entitled "Come Be with Me", which became a modest success on pop radio.

Keb' Mo' is one of the foremost contemporary blues artists. With an endearing sense of faith in humanity evident on most of his tracks and a very interestingly textured voice, this man has successfully merged traditional Delta blues and modern acoustic singer-songwritership. While it's a stretch to call him a traditionalist, Keb' Mo' plays a mean guitar, and the meticulously played guitar on each one of his songs is awe-inspiring.
After spending his early career backing blues artists up, he released his debut album in 1994. He also appeared in Scorsese's film about the blues. As the only man to my knowlege that has incorporated the word "internet" into a blues song, it is clear that Keb' Mo' is unique and has, in an unprecedented manner, carved out his own genre that never fails to make the listener smile.
Don't You Know

I don't know your name
Don't have your picture
In a golden frame
Ooh, but when I see you
My heart goes wild
Feels like Christmas morning
Don't you know
That I've been watching you?
Don't you know
I've been longing for the chance?
Can't you tell that I've been hoping to
Be loving you and only you?
Don't you know?
Don't you know?
I am only human
Just flesh and bones
And I got a feelin'
That I've never known
Ooh, it feels like thunder
Not a cloud in sight
It feels like sunshine
In the middle of the night
Now don't you know
I've been watching you?
Don't you know
I'm been longing for the chance?
Can't you tell
That I've been hoping to
Be loving you, only you?
Don't you know?
Well, maybe someday
We will see
Don't you know
That I've been watching you?
Don't you know
I'm longing for the chance?
Can't you tell
That I've been hoping to
Be loving you and only you?
Don't you know?
Don't you know?
Don't you know?
Don't you know?
Don't you know?
Don't you know?
The lyrics of "Don't You Know" by Keb' Mo' express the feeling of a person who is deeply infatuated with someone they barely know. The lyrics start with the admission that the singer does not have much information about the subject of their affection - they do not know their name or have a photo of them. However, the moment they see this person, they feel an intense rush of emotion that overwhelms them. The singer compares this feeling to that of a child on Christmas morning, and goes on to describe it as feeling like thunder and sunshine at the same time.
The chorus of the song consists of the singer pleading with the subject of their affection to notice them and give them a chance. They express their desire to love and only love this person. The lyrics suggest that the singer is aware that their feelings are a bit one-sided, but they cannot help themselves. The repetition of the phrase "Don't you know?" throughout the chorus emphasizes the singer's desperation for the subject of their affection to recognize and reciprocate their feelings.
Overall, "Don't You Know" is a simple and straightforward love song that captures the feeling of being smitten with someone from afar. The lyrics express the hopeful longing of the singer, and the upbeat tempo of the music reinforces the joyful feeling that comes with being in love.
