She has remained with the same record label as the Sugababes and will release new material as a solo artist.

Keisha was born in London, England from a Jamaican family, and started singing from an early age. She became friends with Mutya Buena in Kingsbury while at primary school. At the age of thirteen the pair met Siobhan Donaghy at a party, and formed a band together. In 1998, they were offered a record deal.

@river85 What I wanted to say is, that I'm pretty sure, Amelle is not innocent about this whole argument. I'm pretty sure, she also provoked Keisha. Amelle doesn't seem like a person who can not defend herself. And after the management fired Keisha, they had to do something because they wanted to go on with selling records. And it was always said, that Keisha "bullied" Shiobahn, so it was very easy to claim that Keisha bullied Amelle & Heidi. We will never know what really happend...

@river85 I'm pretty sure this whole arguments were only between Keisha and Amelle. I guess Heidi is more like a follower and liked Amelle a bit more than Keisha, so she sticked with Amelle. And both Keisha and Amelle have very strong personalitys. This had to end up in some kind of fight eventually. And Amelle and Keisha did get along very well a very long time. Keisha even celebrated Amelles #1 with Tinchy Stryder with her alone (there are som pictures of them both kind of drunken in a car).

and in the meantime sugababes 0.4 are creating hype for themselves to boost interest in their new album. boths 1 & 4 look like they think they'll win/keep the name. gonna be interesting the next year or so! personally i hope 0.4 release the album that they're been recoridng for the past few years AND THEN once that's been released, have mutya win the rights to the sugababes name and then release the album they've [0.1] have been recoridng in secret. fingers fucking crossed!

@Olliesparce I don't make accusations, I just read what the other bandmates told about the bad fact. They couldn't get on with Keisha anymore and they wanted to quit Sugababes, but their management asked them if they would like to continue and they offered Keisha a solo deal. Why shouldn't have they? Keisha did nothing to the management and she's got talent enough to sign a solo deal. The problems were with the band. If Siobhan left for the same reason maybe Keisha is a difficult person for real

Patty M keisha didnt want amelle in the band cause she was missing gigs, they went to heidi and asks what she wants, she didnt want to take sides. Keisha didnt want to be in the band with amelle anymore after being asked if she would reconsider, keisha said no. Heidi then took amelles side. Funny thing is according to cathy dennis one of the producers, most of the producers would wait for keisha and wouldnt start working until she is there. She speaks her mind, if people think thats bullying then shame on them.

i think she's just putting out there that she's still 'recording', while really she is, but not for her own album #cough#. and mutya denying that there's going to be a reunion of the originals? ...how many times and how many members of the sugababes have denied shit until it came out as the truth. they're simply trying to keep the whole sugababes name fiasco and reunion under wraps until it's all finalized as to what's happening. mark me up if you argree!

I personally think, that Gimmie pressure and Fearless are better than this one. And I totaly think she should do a lot of songs together with Mutya. Better: They should found a Duo. Mutya and Keisha together are so brilliant!
