Watch them floating in the air
Giving out some sweet hellos
No one's a stranger in my world
Higher and higher
I'll take you there
Make the most of all those little things
Cause everything you touch
Leaves a trace of love
In the end it comes back to you
I'm letting go
I'm flying free
How 'bout you?
You got a problem, let it be
You'll feel the music just like me
Can't you see the sun shining down
Even on a rainy day?
Higher and higher
So easy to go there
I believe in fate, I believe in dreams
Make the most of all those little things
Cause everything you touch
Leaves a trace of love
In the end it comes back to you
I believe in fate, I believe in dreams
Make the most of all those little things
Cause everything you touch
Leaves a trace of love
In the end it comes back to you
I'm letting go
I'm flying free
How 'bout you?
I'm letting go
I'm flying free
How 'bout you?
How 'bout you?
I'm letting go
I'm flying free
How 'bout you?
How 'bout you?
I believe in fate and I believe in dreams
Make the most of all those little things
Cause everything you touch
Leaves a trace of love
In the end it comes back to you
I believe in fate, I believe in dreams
Make the most of all those little things
'Cause everything you touch
Leaves a trace of love
In the end it comes back to you
I'm letting go
I'm flying free
How 'bout you?
So free, so free, so free
The song "How 'Bout You" by Kelly Sweet is an upbeat and inspiring tune that reminds listeners of the importance of living life in the present moment and embracing positivity. The opening verse speaks of ribbons dancing in the hair and floating in the air, and Sweet goes on to sing about how everyone is a friend in her world, making it seem as if nothing is impossible. The chorus is then repeated, in which Sweet sings about believing in fate and dreams and making the most of every little thing because it all leaves a trace of love, which eventually comes back to you in the end. Sweet lets go and flies free, singing to her listeners "how 'bout you?" to invite them to join her in this carefree and positive attitude towards life.
The second verse continues with Sweet encouraging listeners to let their problems be and feel the music like her, pointing out that even on rainy days, the sun is shining. Sweet sings of going higher and higher, inviting listeners to come along for the ride to a more positive state of life. The chorus is repeated again for emphasis, with Sweet reminding listeners that she believes in fate, dreams, and the power of love to leave a lasting impact on the world. As the song comes to a close, Sweet repeats the lines "I'm letting go, I'm flying free, how 'bout you?" in a way that feels like a mantra for letting go of one's worries and embracing the freedom of positivity.
