Some people seem to walk on water
There are certain individuals who appear to be able to do no wrong, and who are revered as if they possess god-like powers.

Some people just got it made
Some people are born into great privilege or work hard enough to achieve a life of luxury, where they have everything they could ever want or need.

And never see themselves completely
They are unable to see past their own success and material possessions, which can lead to feelings of imbalance and isolation from the real world.

Never think there's any other way
They are so entrenched in their lifestyle that they are not aware of how it could be any different than what they have always known.

But you know
The artist is suggesting that he knows the truth, which is in contrast to the people who live like they walk on water.

It's only a show
The luxurious, perfect lives that some people lead are not necessarily indicative of who they truly are as human beings, and the lavishness itself is only a façade or a spectacle.

And you reap what you sow

The perception others have of you is often shaped by what they want to see or believe, rather than reality.

Once again, the artist suggests that he knows the truth behind the deception.
