kevn was born on April 29th 1989 to a Spanish mother and a French father, a… Read Full Bio ↴kevn was born on April 29th 1989 to a Spanish mother and a French father, and spent most of his childhood travelling between different cities because of his father's job as an artists' manager.

He started using web design, video edition and music software when he was 12, making his first songs with sound loops he'd find around the internet. Soon after, he started writing simple lyrics in English for those songs. He took French and piano lessons during high school, and he also joined a local choir for a year after passing an audition. In addition, the Spanish modelling agency "GrupoExclusive" offered him a representation contract, which he turned down.

He discovered VST instruments when he was 19, and started approaching different music genres like electropop, rock and even traditional Asian music making new songs. He began studying Japanese by himself, writing lyrics in Japanese and keeping a blog to practice the language. With the aim of wanting to improve his music, he spent some months studying about composing, arranging and mixing tracks, as well as about vocal techniques, different music genres and edition plug-ins.

On August 2011 he passed an online audition to become part of the Japanese TV show "J-Melo", in a fictitious band that used manga characters called "Rough-T" created by Ai Takekawa and Marty Friedman. He released his debut single, "stardust", on March 16th 2012 all by himself. That same year, in November, he held his first live concert at the Japanese culture event "Japan Week 2012". The event staff even asked kevn to perform again the next day.

His 1st full album, "On the edge", was released on April 29th 2013. Starting from this release, kevn started making music videos too. And by 2013 kevn has composed more than 650 original songs!

Kevn also created an account on last.fm to scrobble his own dire work, "maikagm". Other desperate attempts to gain recognition include creating his own page on Wikipedia (to be deleted soon), and uploading his "work" to any site ever.
