The song "Pillow Talk" by Kid Cudi starts with a compliment to a girl presumably about her sexual skills. He then reassures her that he isn't leaving and wants to get to know her more. The chorus indicates that he knows she may think he's shady, but he intends to stay with her and have pillow talk, which likely refers to getting to know each other on a deeper level through conversation.
In the second verse, he describes a specific encounter with the girl after one of his shows. Her friends may have been acting superficially, but she stood out by not being impressed by his fame or money. He then compliments her physical attributes, mentioning her smooth skin and pleasant smell. He hopes that her smiling is a sign that she feels the same way about him.
Overall, "Pillow Talk" seems to be about Kid Cudi's desire to establish a connection with a girl beyond just sex or surface-level attraction. He wants to have meaningful discussions with her and get to know her on a personal level, despite the potential judgement from others.
