Holy crap! Now THIS is the musical creativity God deserves! It's incredibly refreshing to hear Christian music that is different and doesn't adhere to the typical Christian feeling music that the Christian Music Industry has standardized.

Amen! Authentic worship embraces creativity and individual talent. I think Contemporary Christian Music has been so concerned with creativity and individuality being seen as egotistical, rather than a celebration of God's gifts.

Even more weird is that if you check out the Twitter profiles of Hillsong and Bethel leaders, it's kind of had the opposite effect. They've got serious egos and rockstar personalities, and they hide behind their faith rather than answering for their self-indulgent behaviour.

I've seen an evolution of Christian musicians, and every time someone comes along and plays something authentic, unique, and skillful, it gets far less attention. My conclusion is that Contemporary Christian Music is the religious equivalent of pop music Top 40. It's very listenable, but anything that rises to popularity has to fit a certain mold.

I was never a christian music listener, but after this song I changed my opinion on many things, great job guy. This song is just full of life and passion. No offense, but to be honest, of all the songs you guys have played, this is absolutely the best!
