Don't Drop Your Pants
King Changó Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

You make lots of money
selling sex to survive
thinking you are a big shot
you dont care if they are children
you dont care if they are boys
so Im gonna stop you in the spot!

Not in Jamaica... fuck drug dealers
Not in America... fuck sex dealers
si no te gusta, mira salta en tu silla
dont drop your pants and jump!

Jump... jump... jump...

You looking on the streets
like if it was a shopping mall
dont take more innocent minds
you dont care about religion
you dont care about the law
but Im gonna take you with my gun!

Not in Brazil... fuck drug dealers
in sur America... fuck sex dealers
si no te gusta, mira salta en tu silla
dont drop your pants and jump!

Jump... jump... jump...

Mi pobre gente quiere llorar...
rich freaks with lots of money,
for a sexual dish a little poor kid they want to have
from a far off country where even the police are easy to buy!

Me no want to create no war
me no want to hate anyone
me no want to create a revolution
all me want is a big solution!!!

You are always on the run
living like this is not fun
dont get new people into your crap
you dont care if its your cousin
you dont care if its your son
your fucking business sucks!!!

Not in Italia... fuck drug dealers
In Santo Domingo... fuck sex dealers
si no te gusta, mira salta en tu silla
dont drop your pants and jump!

If we all get together
and then we fight them like one
the next generation will be fine
asi que en la esquina te vamos a esperar
and we gonna erase your fucking ass!!!

Not in Japan... fuck drug dealers
In Vietnam... fuck sex dealers

si no te gusta, mira salta en tu si

Overall Meaning

The song 'Don't Drop Your Pants' by King Changó is an anti-sex trafficking anthem that highlights the disgustful practice of prostitution involving minors. The lyrics condemn the perpetrators who make a fortune by selling sex without caring about the age or gender of their customers. The singer pledges to put an end to this exploitative practice and take down sex traffickers with the help of a gun if necessary. The song also reflects the singer's strong opposition to drug dealers, police corruption, and the hypocrisies of the rich.

The line 'Not in Jamaica... Fuck drug dealers, Not in America... Fuck sex dealers' indicates the widespread existence of these issues in different parts of the world. The phrase 'si no te gusta, mira salta en tu silla' roughly translates to 'if you don't like it, look away and jump in your chair.' This line could possibly be directing to listeners who might feel uncomfortable hearing about such themes.

The song's chorus, which repeatedly calls for jumping, perhaps represents a call to action for the listeners to stop being passive and take a stand against these grave issues. 'Don't Drop Your Pants' is an impassioned plea for people to unite against injustice, making it a powerful piece of musical activism.
