Already had my life turned upside down
I ride a downward spiral round and round
But I keep flying, I keep fighting
You won't ever bring me down
I'm good, I'm fine, this life, divine
No hate, no shame, no one to blame
I won't chastise
Even if you think you can bring me down
Already had my life turned upside down
I'm riding down the spiral round and round
But I keep flying, I keep fighting
You won't ever bring me down, down, down, down, down!
You won't ever bring me down, down, down, down, down!
You won't ever bring me
I can't escape from your disdain
Your heart, your pain, your drama is lame
Why can't you find some peace inside
I won't chastise
Even if you think you can bring me down
Already had my life turned upside down
I'm riding down the spiral round and round
But I keep flying, I keep fighting
You won't ever bring me down, down, down, down, down!
You won't ever bring me down, down, down, down, down!
You won't ever bring me
Hater, hater, hater
Hater, hater, hater
I'm good, I'm fine this life's divine
No hate, no shame, no one to blame
Why can't you find some peace inside?
Hater hater hater hater hater
You can't bring me down
Already have my life turned upside down
I'm riding down the spiral round and round

You won't ever bring me down, down, down, down, down!
You won't ever bring me down, down, down, down, down!
You won't ever bring me down
The lyrics of Korn's "Hater" are a defiant proclamation against negative energy and people trying to bring the singer down. The opening lines establish that the singer has already faced significant hardships in life but refuses to let them define or defeat them. The image of a downward spiral conveys a sense of despair and hopelessness, but the singer rejects this and instead chooses to keep fighting and flying, symbolizing a desire to rise above adversity. The chorus repeats the message that no matter what, the hater won't bring the singer down.
The second verse addresses the hater directly, calling out their "disdain" and "drama" and urging them to find "some peace inside." The use of the word "chastise" suggests that the singer understands the motivation behind the hater's behavior but refuses to engage with it on their terms. The repetition of "hater" in the bridge reinforces the theme and acts almost as a chant that the singer is using to empower themselves.
Overall, the song can be seen as a declaration of independence and resilience in the face of negativity. It's a reminder to not let other people's problems affect one's own sense of self-worth or inner peace.

Everyone should be bullied in their life.
And everyone should learn to rise above it.
I was bullied through most of my school life, it allowed me to build character and empathy, it taught me that trust is earned - not given. I wouldn't be who I am now if I wasn't bullied. I'm glad I was, it's made me a stronger person.
So yeah - to any kids out there gettin' beat on, or whoever gets the piss taken out of them constantly - use those bitches that're responsible to thicken your skin, and think that they should be jealous that they're not the ones on the receiving end. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger - and not a lot will make you a stronger person than being bullied - if you handle it right.
The adult world doesn't give a shit about tearing you a new one. By being bullied and not giving a fuck you're more prepared for the real world than the bullies are.

i was bullied by other young people and "educational" staff members in elementary and middle school. i quit highschool after a week and 3 days in 9th grade because it was happening there too, beginning with staff. the grown bullies were no better than the young ones.
i took the GED tests when i was still 16 and received my GED one week after my 17th birthday, with scores better than 60% of the country on most of the test sections, and better than 65% of the country in mathematics and science. i never studied for the GED. i just went to take the tests; 1 day on a Saturday and 1 day, 3 or 4 weeks after(would have been only 2 weeks after, but the community college was closed on that 2nd day, due to a little snow[which is ridiculous]).
i thought about going to college, but decided not to waste my time and money on more bullshit experiences, so i studied everything i wanted to at home, in books and online.
then, i found out about the indoctrination that schools push on young people to become obedient money makers and nothing more, reassuring myself that quitting school was the right thing for me to do. also, i learned that the normal jobs in this country do not pay people for their worth, but for their submissive obedience, on top of the IRS stealing high percentages of what those people earn, while calling it "income/profit". income/profit is not what you trade your labor for. income/profit is what you get(if you get any profit) over what you've been traded for your labor.
people need to wake up.
@fighttips
I love that Korn went through with it and came out with song, even though they'd obviously get hate for it. Everyone's just too cool to be sympathetic or compassionate. Good stuff.

Bruh, I love your vids...

You got good taste in music
@Darthification
why would they "obviusly get hate! for this song?
@Evski-if4gn
@@Darthification because it’s not a heavy song and the lyrics aren’t brutal like there normal stuff. And you know how it goes, people start saying Korn has changed and there sound ain’t the same anymore and blah blah blah. But that’s just the nature of the beast when it comes to music. Hope this helps
