Something i have noticed is that some of the best monsters from myth and stories all have a few things in common, they usually serve a purpose or represent something, they usually follow a set of rules that govern how they operate, and they are usually designed off of things pretty much everyone has, like regret, hunger, anger, as well as things that inherently make us unsettled, like abnormal features or behaviors for what otherwise would be a human. My opinion on why those are common are that a narrative purpose gives reason to the fear, its not some mindless beast, it has an agenda and a goal, a set of rules helps ground the monster in a way that we can better understand, and they playing off of common fears and inherently unsettling things is the best way to make something look just as scary as its actions make it sound.

Not sure if the hunters or liberators will have a bigger part to play in the story, but figured it couldn't hurt to mention them.

The girl who was disarmed in The Door in the Woods (Carrie) is seen having notes on a few monsters, and kills the Woe Bone in Waters Edge.

I assume Alice (Hospice) is another survivor from A Door in the Woods who lost her son, and seems to be on the same path of monster hunting as Carrie (more on the lore side though).

If I remember correctly, 4:24 I saw Latin words saying Tempus Edax Rerum in the tome which translates to Time, that devours all things. Tempus means time, Edax meaning eat or feeling of gluttonous and Rerum meaning things or beings. So in theory, Time that devours all things, the Looksee is a symbol for regret and attachment and how you should release it sooner than later. Why? because in time, regret and continuous attachment WILL eat you alive.

I dont know if you saw it before you made this video, but in taste freak it's very obvious that a company called monsino purposfully turned a whole town into monsters. In it we also see the town nut was either part of, used to be a part of, or had an encounter with he Sunny Family Cult from him having a mask. Also I won't blame you for not having the monster fight night because it came out after the video, but in it the main lady is drinking monsino, and she controls all the monsters with shock collars. I find it weird that colosus and estella have the same weakness. We see apone, mordeo, estella, and colosus all captured and hurt with shock collars. I think all the monsters came from that same source, aka the book of monsters. I think thats what monsino is using. I think monsino either made or made replicas of all the crypt monsters. I think that guy at the end was part of the company trying to get as many monsters as he can.
