WATER
Krisma Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Water, Water, Water, Water
Water, Water, Wat…
A' La Mosque Du Temp
Si Tu Savais Comment
To Open All The Doors
You Have To Find The Walls

The Waves That I Produce
You Swallow What I Choose
And Soaping More And More
I Bubble Mon Amour

Can You Wash The Water
Can You Wash The Water
Can You, Can You - U -

And If I Am Alone
I Swim Just With My Clone
And Floating Down, We Flow
Through Hollows In The Foam

Shoot Holograms Of Me
How Happy You Should Be
Dancing In The Room…
With Me For Company!

Can You Wash The Water
Can You Wash The Water
Can You Wash The Water
Can You, Can You

Water Water
Water Water

The Mineral That Moves
Is Bright As Silver Youles
And When I'm Really Tired
I Just Go With The Tide

A' La Mosque Du Temp, Temp
Si Tu Savais Comment
A' La Mosque,
A' La Mosque Du Temp, Temp

Can You Wash The Water
Can You Wash The Water
Can You, Can You - Can You, Can You

A' La Mosque Du Temp
Si Tu Savais Comment.

Overall Meaning

Krisma's song "Water" is a poetic take on the power and fluidity of water. The lyrics are both mysterious and alluring, playing on the idea of water's ability to cleanse, refresh, and transport us. The song begins with a repetition of the word "water," creating a hypnotic effect as the listener is drawn into the imagery of the lyrics. The reference to "A' La Mosque Du Temp" suggests a sense of mystery and exoticism, as if the power of water is linked to some ancient, mystical place.

The lyrics play on the idea of water's ability to open doors, but only if we know where to find the walls. This could be interpreted as a metaphor for life, where we need to know our own limits and boundaries in order to be free to explore and experience new things. The lines "The waves that I produce, you swallow what I choose" suggest that water has a kind of power over us, that we are at its mercy in some ways. However, the lines "And soaping more and more, I bubble mon amour" suggest a playful, almost seductive quality to water - it is both powerful and gentle, cleansing and inviting.

The chorus of the song, which repeats the question "Can you wash the water," is both a philosophical pondering and a playful invitation to engage with the fluidity of life. The imagery of swimming alone with a clone suggests a sense of isolation, but also an acceptance of the self as both unique and interconnected with the wider world. The lines "Shoot holograms of me, how happy you should be, dancing in the room with me for company" suggest a kind of yearning for connection, for the ability to transcend the limitations of the physical self and be present in some ethereal, spiritual realm.

Overall, Krisma's "Water" is a hauntingly beautiful ode to the power of water - both in the physical world and as a metaphor for the ebb and flow of life itself.

Coppia MITICA. Il viso stupendo di Christina senza manipolazioni chirurgiche,dovrebbe dire qualcosa a quei mostri che si vedono in televisione e non solo. Riposate in pace. Qui regna il caos.

Troppo avanti nell'Italia dell'epoca per essere ricordati come meriterebbero.

Riscoprii i Krisma grazie a Massarini. Comprai subito Clandestine anticipation. Ho un ricordo struggente per una musica che mi toccava il cuore. Ho amato loro, the B-52's, the Cure, Police, Depeche Mode, Propaganda e Matt Bianco. Un periodo difficile però della mia vita. Erano semplicemente troppo avanti per essere compresi.

@sergiosozi

Gia', dici benissimo. Aggiungici la registrazione che non era ai livelli di Cure, Siouxsie, Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus ecc. ed ecco il mancato successo di un grande gruppo italiano di alto livello sperimentale. Oime'. Sergio classe '65. New Wave pura. Anche a 57 anni d'eta'.

@4622201

forse c'era gente che ascoltava roba più seria (in senso qualitativo) tipo i Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Brian Eno, Klaus Schulze

@chimonantus1
