He has collaborated with artists such as Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding and Imagine Dragons, and remixed tracks by the likes of Whitney Houston, Ed Sheeran, and Coldplay. Kygo's videos have been viewed over 3 billion times on YouTube.

Kygo started to learn to play the piano at age six through lessons. He decided to have a go at remixes and creating electronic music after discovering Avicii at age 15-16. After receiving over 80 million hits on YouTube and Soundcloud, Kygo was contacted by both Avicii and Chris Martin of Coldplay to create official remixes of one the artists' songs.

His remix of "I See Fire" entered Romania's Top 40 and remained there for 14 weeks, peaking at Number 2 as of June 3rd, 2014.

When creating/remixing music Kygo uses Logic Studio.

His track "It Ain't Me," with Selena Gomez, has exceeded 1 billion plays on Spotify.

He has an official site at https://www.kygomusic.com/ but at this moment it is about 5 years out of date. (In 2020 it refers to his "hotly anticipated album scheduled for 2015.")

I don't think this video can be interpreted in only one way. I think its a representation of love and its millions of complexities. He's not controlling or obsessive and she's not an immature bitch who leads him on. The way I relate to it personally is this... have you ever had a really amazing person fall for you? Like they are kind and funny and would treat you like royalty (or however you should be treated) and you know that. And you want to love them back because you know they'd treat you right... but you just don't. It's a terrible feeling. Its heartbreaking in and of itself to know you could be loved and still just not have those feelings. Its so heartbreaking that I used to push myself to try to love. Like maybe if I just give it more of a chance, then I'll develop those feelings. And there are moments of highs (like when they're spinning around dancing) but they're always followed with the overwhelming feeling that something is just not right.

An avoidant attachment style- fear of love/ fear of loosing independence. Even in cases of deep love they will turn away and distance themselves/ refrain from showing affection. This was displayed in the girl
An anxious attachment style- fear of loosing the person, overly obsessed with love, overly anxious about everything. This was displayed in the boy.

When an anxious person and avoidant person try to be together, the avoidant person will turn away and the anxious person will smother them. The more they smother the more they turn away and vise versa. An anxious person will always seek validation to ease their anxiety and this will make the avoidant person run away more causing more anxiety. Its a bad combination and hardly ever ends well.

I like this interpretation. It's clear that while the relationship is falling apart it doesn't appear to be abusive. The video shows a couple who fell in love but just couldn't be together because they where too different.
