L'Âme Immortelle (фр. бессмертная душа, /lɑm i.mɔʁ.tɛl/) — австрийская группа, совмещающая в своей музыке электронику и готику. Ранние записи группы тяготели к электронным жанрам EBM и darkwave, на поздних же звучание сместилось в сторону тяжёлого немецкого индастриала (Neue Deutsche Härte).
Группа была основана в Австрии в 1996 году двумя друзьями — Томасом Райнером и Хансом Медвеничем. Скоро бывшая одноклассница Томаса, Соня Краусхофер, присоединилась к группе, и LAI заключили контракт со звукозаписывающей компанией. Они выпустили свой первый альбом «Lieder die wie Wunden bluten» в 1997 на лейбле MOS Records в Лихтенштейне, который стал популярен в немецком готическом андеграунде. 22 июня 2007 L'Âme Immortelle выпустили собрание лучшего под названием «10 Jahre». Этот альбом демонстрирует лучшие моменты их карьеры, а также содержит два эксклюзивных трека «No tomorrow» и «Come closer», которые доступны для свободного послушивания в их профиле на портале MySpace.

В 2000 году Томас Райнер совместно с Joachim Sobczak выпускает свой первый альбом «Gesellschaft:Mord» под именем Siechtum. В 2001 были также выпущены «Diagnose:Zeit» и «Kreuz:X:Feuer».
В 2007 году Томас выпускает свой новый альбом под псевдонимом Nachtmahr, первым синглом которого стал «Kunst ist Krieg».
Соня Краусхофер вместе с группой Persephone возвращается с четвёртым альбомом. После нескольких релизов на лейбле Trisol (в 2002 «Home», в 2004 «Atma Gyan» и «Mera Sangeet Kho Gaya») новый альбом «Letters to a stranger» будет выпущен на лейбле Curzweyhl.

The song “Another Day” by L’ÂME IMMORTELLE is a somber and melancholic contemplation of the essence of longing, pride and addiction. The song starts with the singer sitting by the shore of his wishes and dreams, contemplating the shattered remains of his pride, as the sun sets. We can infer from the lyrics that the singer is engulfed in a sense of defeat and helplessness that stems from personal struggles, from which he seeks to escape.
As the silence fades away, the singer musters strength and motivation to face yet another day without his beloved. He puts forth a brave face, even as he is trapped in his addiction and is seeking solace in empty words and hollow choices. However, it is the affection and tenderness of his beloved that enable him to hold on and reaffirm his love for her.
The lyrics are steeped in emotional depth, painting a vivid and moving picture of a person struggling through their pain, addiction and longing. The lyrics exhibit a beautiful use of metaphors that add to the contemplative nature of the song. The lyrics make the audience empathize with the singer, his pain and his longing.
