(Ik 7 days aren't much to see huge results! But updating makes me to these workouts and that's what matters the most!)

Day 1- I am in love with this workout! Pretty easy but my booty is on fire!!! 🔥🔥✅
Day 2- I really didn't want to workout today but I'm so glad I did! Idk why but my inner thighs are burning more today.🔥🔥✅
Day 3- Done! My legs feel great!! 🔥🔥✅
Day 4- Gave myself a break since my knee is hurting but I will get back to it tomorrow!
Day 5- It is definitely getting easier and my thighs are feeling more toned and tight already! (I also play basketball and volleyball plus 50 squats a day) 🔥🔥✅
Day 6- Sadly had another break since I was with a friend :(

I really wanted to slim my legs and I decided to do this exercises.
Starting measurement of my leg 62 cm(24 inches)
Day 1 : done, omg that burnsssssss, i feel it, it wasn't that difficult but i skipped some exercises, and the time just didn't want to pass
Day 2 : done, my legs were sore,the exercises were not harder but deff not easier
Day 3 : done, my legs are sore, the time passed a bit faster, the exercises were not that difficult they were a bit easier
Day 4 : my legs are sore, the exercises are a lot easier and i was able to do the ones i couldn't, time was passing by faster
Day 5 : i enjoyed the time the exercises, it was easy
Day 6 : i also enjoyed the time and the exercises, and i saw results
Day 7: forgot to do it
I saw a lot of improvement, before, when i touched my leg it was wiggly and now they feel a lot firmer.
Also i can see that my legs have a form and it builded me muscles, they feel smaller also.
