Produced by John Mello, the track features a music video edited by a friend of Peep’s, lil skil. It was shot in Cambridge, Massachusetts when the rapper was spending Christmas at his grandfather’s.
Gus' girlfriend Emma and him went out in the middle of the night to have some good time while recording these moments, taking photos and videos. When playing this music on his phone at the same time, Peep found that the footage fit very well with it. With the night naturally blurring the image, it gives them a psychedelic aspect, as the rapper described them as “sick”.
It was first published on Peep’s SoundCloud on the 20th of December, 2015 and on YouTube on the 15th of January, 2016. It was then re-released on all streaming platforms in 2020 for the fourth anniversary of the EP it is included in.
