La song Sólo tú by La Banda, is telling a story of a person narrating to another that they are not 'the first' one to make the girl fall in love, lose her head and possess her eyes. The singer tells the other person that they are mistaken believing that they are the only one the girl loves and that they are the lucky one. The person is just a whim that got into her head, made her addicted and felt she needed it.
The girl uses this person and finds in him what the previous person was, a replacement for what the singer used to be. The girl is not truly in love with the new person, despite what they may think, and when she is kissing this new person, she is still thinking about the singer.
The lyrics of the song are conveying a sense of disappointment and disillusionment, as if the person saw the reality of the relationship with the girl, after investing so much of their feelings in it. The lyrics show that it doesn't matter how much the person believes that they are the only one for the girl, there is always a chance that someone else was in the picture before them, and might be there after them.
