Has spent 21 years of his life in Kontula, Eastern Helsinki, Finland - but also traveling in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and Dublin, Ireland for 6 months and 20 months. Starting with trackers, Esa has kept the up-down vibe and also branched out to left-right transmutations when it comes to step sequencers - preferring a mix of vertical trackers and horizontal sequencers, and jamming on top of that with other forms of note-stepping, a mixture that is both static and out of control. Releasing his stuff on netlabels, real life record labels and digital download labels has led to a decade of compilation tracks, remixes, singular trax and ep's and records. And then there's the live performances.

Thanks! How is Brian doing? Have you managed to find a resonance-based method for extracting energy that does not result in highpitched whines (I suffer from both tinnitus and hyperacusis so loud whines and highpitched squeals are not my trip, esp with motors/generators/dynamos.

@LacklusterOfficial David Firth made a film with a man turning himself smaller and smaller until he was passing through hoops. He gave himself small trophies for each hoop he was passing through as this music was playing.

Hi! If you mean Dr3amsource the modgroup / netlabel, I never released on that. I did release on Theralite, Level-D, Monotonik/Mono211, Milk, Rebound/Lab909, Kahvi Collective, Miasmah, Rave Network Overscan (RNO), Tokyo Dawn Records, Tokaimura State. Thanks for remembering this tune :)

@@envueltoenplastico oh yes, definitely, i remember galway + cork because those were the only "venture out of dublin" things i did during my stay. the galway one was Digital Bubblebath, at De Burgos, on the 26h of June 2004 - i keep pretty complete records of gigs at https://www.lackluster.org/gigs with flyers too, if they were in existence :) glad to hear the Green Room is being used, i was always hoping to play around Ireland a bit more and visit Galway + Cork again but it didn't happen. i think one or the other of them was through Keith of Psychonavigation Records - since it seemed to coincide with my RemixSelection_One album released back then.
