I really like this remix a whole lot for a few reasons.
#1: Even though this is a trap remix and I really don't like trap music of the late 2010s - early 2020s, this is one of the fewer songs that has Trap elements in it that I'm okay with.
#2: It's more like a EDM/Trap remix. Meaning it's still has a lot of EDM and Techno influences.
#3: The Trap parts of the remix are a bit decent actually, since it doesn't sound generic or boring like Trap music today.
#4: Since this was the early 2010s, there were lots of other songs out then that had a few Trap influences that are actually decent for example:
Lady Gaga's - Jewels N' Drugs (feat: T.I., Too $hort & Twista) (instrumental only)
Katy Perry's - Dark Horse (feat: Juicy J)
Etc...
Overall this is a good remix. Here are you my favorite parts:
0:25 - 0:27: The background Yoshi-like sound when it goes higher in pitch.
1:08 - 1:21: The loud sonic buzzing of the synth.
Both 1:22 - 1:49 & 2:58 - 3:39: The electro and techno video game sounds sound spot on and terrific. It gets you dancing and jumpy. This is my favorite part.
1:50 - 2:17: to me, this sounds almost like a pogo stick bouncing on electronic pulses. It feels extremely jumpy and hyper.

The people who don't like it aren't into trap and if you can't appreciate effort because of your genre preferences then that's your problem this remix is really good :D
