Where do I go?
Looking for some place that feels like home,
Been searching so long,
Where did I got wrong?
Maybe the answer is somewhere beyond,
The stars in the sky,
We all fall down,
Life's taking its toll,
It's gone outta control,
Yeah we all fall down,
It's my dignity,
That's saving me tonight
As I walk through this space,
Is this just a phase?
Will all my tomorrow's be this way?
The night is so black,
In front and in back,
Sometimes its so dark,
You don't know where you're at
Like the stars way up high,
Dropping out of the sky,
We all fall down,
Life taking its toll,
It's all outta control,
Yeah, we all fall down,
It's my dignity,
That's saving me tonight
Lift me up,
So I can see,
Inside of me,
And what could be,
A different life
We all fall down,
Yeah, we all fall down,
Life's taking it's toll,
It's all outta control,
Yea we all fall down,
It's my dignity
That's saving me, tonight
Life's taking its toll
It's all outta control
It's my dignity
That's saving me tonight
The lyrics of Lalaine's "All Fall Down" express the feelings of being lost and unsure in life. The singer is searching for a place that feels like home while reflecting on what could have gone wrong. She questions whether her situation is just a phase or if tomorrow will be the same. The night feels dark and overwhelming, leaving her feeling lost and disorientated.
Despite the struggles, the chorus reminds us that we are not alone in our struggles when we all fall down. Life can be difficult and unpredictable, taking us on a wild ride that we have little control over. However, the singer finds comfort in her dignity, as it is what is saving her tonight. The bridge of the song offers a solution to this struggle, asking to be lifted up so that the singer can envision something different for herself.
Overall, Lalaine's "All Fall Down" is a relatable tune about the difficulties of life and the importance of holding onto one's dignity when all seems lost. It offers a sense of solidarity and reminds us that despite our struggles, we can find a way to rise up and keep moving forward.
