The song reflects on a failed relationship and moving on from a toxic partner. In the beginning, Lana talks about how she shared her mind and body with the person she is addressing, but it's now over as the person is way past her now. She's found another person, and so she can finally be happy now that the toxic partner is gone.
The chorus signifies her liberation from the toxic relationship, and she is ready to move on. She puts on her red party dress and gets a little bit wild with "bourbon in ya" and goes suburban, a symbol for her joy in finding happiness in small things.
In second verse, Lana highlights how the toxic partner liked to party hard with his Bible and gun, and she now feels relieved that he's gone because he was clearly not right for her. The outro indicating the partner is crazy for her, is a reflection of their past, the relationship is over and she has moved on.
It is the opening track of Lana Del Rey's third studio album, Ultraviolence.

That's all over now
Did what I had to do
'Cause you're so far past me now
Share my body and my life with you
That's way over now
There's not anymore I can do
You're so famous now
Got your Bible, got your gun
And you like to party and have fun
And I like my candy and your women
I'm finally happy now that you're gone
Got my little red party dress on
Everybody knows that I'm the best
I'm crazy, yeah yeah
Get a little bit of Bourbon in ya
Get a little bit suburban
And go crazy, yeah yeah
Because you're young, you're wild, you're free
You're dancing circles around me
You're fucking crazy
Oh oh, oh oh, you're crazy for me
I shared my body and my mind with you
That's all over now
I did what I had to do
I found another, anyhow
Shared my body and my mind with you
That's all over now
I did what I had to do
I could see you leaving now
I got your Bible and your gun
And you love to party and have fun
And I love your women and all of your heroin
And I'm so happy now that you're gone
Got my little red party dress on
Everybody knows that I'm a mess
I'm crazy, yeah yeah
Get a little bit of Bourbon in ya
Get a little bit suburban
And go crazy, yeah yeah
Because you're young, you're wild, you're free
You're dancing circles around me
You're fucking crazy
Oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh, you're crazy for me
Got your Bible and your gun
You like your women and you like fun
I like my candy and your heroin
And I'm so happy, so happy now you're gone
Got my little red party dress on
Everybody knows that I'm the best
I'm crazy, yeah yeah
Get a little bit of Bourbon in 'ya
Get a little bit suburban
And go crazy, yeah yeah
Because you're young, you're wild, you're free
You're dancing circles around me
You're fucking crazy
Oh oh oh, oh oh oh, you're crazy for me
Oh oh, oh, you're crazy for me
In the first verse, Lana Del Ray seems to be reflecting on a past relationship with someone who she once shared her body, mind and life with. However, she is now moving on from this relationship as this person has become too famous for her to continue to be with them. She repeats the phrase "That's all over now" to emphasize the finality of the situation. In fact, by the end of the verse, she's resigned to seeing this person leave and acknowledges there's nothing more she can do.
The second verse describes two opposing individuals, one who has a bible and a gun and enjoys partying and having fun, while the other prefers candy and other people's women as well as heroin. She's happy that the person with the bible and gun is gone, and so she puts on her "little red party dress" and goes a little wild with some bourbon. The chorus reinforces the idea that this person is "crazy for me", but Lana has to move on and is now doing what she wants to do.
Overall, the song depicts a woman who's been in an intense-yet-toxic relationship with someone, and now she's happy to be free of them. She indulges in some reckless behavior and tries to find some excitement in life.
