Been a fan since born to die.

I've no problem with her new music but I'd be a liar if I said it was better. Born to die made me feel alive. Ultraviolence made me feel wrong, but exhilaration.

Honeymoon made me feel nostalgic. I stopped listening after that. Not on purpose, I just found new music that made me feel more.

I'm coming back and still the same is true for the albums I mentioned. When listening to chemtrails I want to feel what I felt. But I'd be a liar if I said it gave me the same chills as before. Will forever love this woman and the glorious music she's provided nonetheless.

Love that she doesn't seem to be wearing a drop of make up or any styling. It's literaly just Her, a Woman, in her natural state, showing us snippets of her life in way that feels very genuine.
One of my favourite things about listening to Lana's music is seeing all the growth and maturity she has gone through over the years. From her highly stylised, idealised early songs about fame and somewhat glamourising destructive habits like drugs and abusive relationships, to these much more introspective, sometimes sad, sometimes very self-actualised songs of an adult woman who understands her journey and is not afraid to be honest with her fans. I LOVE it and have so much respect and appreciation for her now.

@guitges Tasteless? I could say the same if that is your favourite. Lust for Life is the only song that I must skip cause it sounds like a real bad radio mainstream pop that I'm not used by her. Cheesy singing by The Weeknd, uncreative songwriting, dull repetitive chorus. I don't understand how can anyone put this along masterworks like Video Games, Born To Die, Blue Jeans, Ride, Cruel World, The Blackest Day, Terrence Loves You, Change, Venice Bitch, Mariners Apartment Complex, ... and so on. It's simply uncomparable and not on the same level by any means. It doesn't convey much honest emotions, senseful weight or magical atmosphere that struck a chord in me. It's just so boring and annoying. Even Guns and Roses which is most often by fanbase opinion her worst song sounds like a masterpiece compared to LFL. Demo version is a lot better btw. Sorry if I was harsh but that's just my opinion.

Like I understand when non-fans say that who aren’t familiar with that stuff but especially fans usually can distinguish the album-vibes really well. NFR had 4 piano ballads (which all sounded differently) and LMLYLAW already sounds different than NFR because of its vocal filter
