Larry Dalton Lyrics

The magic spell you cast
This is La vie en rose
When you kiss me heaven sighs
And tho I close my eyes
I see La vie en rose
I'm in a world apart
A world where roses bloom
And when you speak...angels sing from above
Everyday words seem...to turn into love songs
Give your heart and soul to me
And life will always be
La vie en rose
The lyrics "La Vie en Rose" translate to "Life in Pink" which is a French expression for looking at life through rose-tinted glasses. Larry Dalton's song La Vie en Rose is a classic love song that captures the feeling of being deeply in love. The lyrics are a testament to the transformative power of love. The opening lines "Hold me close and hold me fast, the magic spell you cast" convey the enchanting feeling of being in love.
The chorus highlights the euphoria that comes with being in love, "When you kiss me, heaven sighs, and though I close my eyes, I see La vie en rose" These lines emphasize how the lover's kiss can transport the singer to a magical world. The line "When you press me to your heart, I'm in a world apart" further emphasizes the transformative effect of love, showing how it can take you away from the mundane world. The song's inner beauty is to show how love can transform a person's life forever, and the world they inhabit becomes one of beauty and joy.
