no quiero llegar,
de allñi no hay como zafar,
como las misma muerte.
¿como estoy?, ¿como estoy?,
¿como estoy?, ¿como estoy?.
The lyrics to Las Pelotas's song Sin hilo describe a sense of confusion and disillusionment in the world. The opening lines suggest that the singer is unable to see things in black and white anymore, and is struggling to understand what is happening to them. They mention a clock and ask what time they want to know, but note that the hands on the clock always seem to agree with what other people are saying - people who collect newspapers and those who appear on television.
Despite this confusion, the singer notes that it is enough to know how they are doing. They then repeat the question "how am I?" several times, emphasizing the importance of this question. The second verse reinforces this theme, as the singer notes that they are struggling to see what is happening to them and cannot even look at a sunrise. They mention a sign on the road that says "you can't stop," and express a desire not to be like those who can't turn back. They conclude by stating that there is no escape from where they are, like death itself.

It seems like you can no longer see things in clear-cut terms anymore and you're oblivious to what's happening around you. You now rely heavily on the clock to structure your life. But what's the point in knowing what time it is? They have already predetermined everything for you in advance - newspaper articles, TV shows and advertisements - so you don't really need to worry about anything else.
They already know everything there is to know and you can safely trust them, even though they only collect information from newspapers and TV. They'll never be wrong because they're 'experts,' and you blindly believe every word they say without questioning their authenticity.
But they can go ahead and sleep with their so-called 'information.' All that really matters to me is that I know how I feel.
It seems like I'm in the same boat as you - I can't see things clearly anymore and I don't really understand what's happening. I'd like to think that things aren't as bad as they seem, but every time I try to face the day, I feel like I'm being crushed by it.
I'm still on this path, and there's a sign that says 'there's no going back.' I don't want to be just another person who can't turn back. That's why I don't want to reach the end of the road. There's no escaping it, just like death itself.
¿Como estoy?, ¿como estoy?, ¿como estoy?, ¿como estoy?
How am I? How am I? How am I? How am I?

@alvertodeleon2700
Totalmente de acuerdo
@leanfireworks

@soledadbetbeder1182
Sabio y atemporal ❤
@INDIOSIL
