All Over Again
Last Years Hero Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

There's been something that I finally need to say,
Seems our friendship has turned from perfect to dissaray.
Times like these i thought you'd always be there,
Now you've cleared things up by proving you
don't care

'Cause you've gone and done it all over again,
To think that I ever called you my friend.

There's been moments some good,
some of them the worst of times.
But now I won't take the blame it was you that was out of line.
Times like these I thought you'd always be there,
now you've cleared things up by proving you
don't care.

'Cause you've gone and done it all over again,
To think that I ever called you my friend.

'Cause you've gone and done it all over again,
To think that I ever called you my friend.

This has grown old, every crack and flaw's your fault

'Cause I was wrong to put my trust in you,
Now i know
In times the lines wear thin, the truth now shows,
Through the highs and lows,
The highs and lows.

'Cause you've gone and done it all over again,
To think that I ever called you my friend.

This has grown old, every crack and flaw's your fault,
Around here.

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Last Years Hero's song "All Over Again" express the pain of a ruined friendship. The singer acknowledges that there has been something they have needed to say for a long time now. The friendship between them seemed perfect at one point, but now it has turned into a disarray. The singer thought their friend would always be there, but they have cleared things up by proving that they don't care. The chorus emphasizes this betrayal, as the friend has gone and done it all over again. It is revealed that the friend was out of line and at fault for the negative turn of events. The singer's trust was misplaced, and they now recognize that the lines between them were thin.

In the second verse, the singer continues to reflect on the fallen relationship. They note that there were good moments, but also the worst of times. The singer refuses to take the blame for the ruined friendship, as it was the friend who was out of line. The chorus repeats, emphasizing the hurt that the singer feels. There is a sense of finality in the last verse, as the singer acknowledges that this has grown old and every crack and flaw is the friend's fault. The final line solidifies this sentiment, as the hurt and betrayal remain around here.

It's because the song talks what is to be Spiderman, what is to take the mantle of the aracnid.

*"I am a freedom fighter, the name that history wrote
And even through disaster, eye of the tiger for hope
I'm tryna find my way back, there's no day off for heroes
And even when I'm tired, go is the only word I know"*

He's a warror that fights a, sometimes, endless fight, he's a beacon of hope for the people, no days off, no reward, and even when his tired, spiderman can only go on.

*"I am a lonely hero, trying to fight my battles
Life likes to blow the cold wind, sometimes it freezes my shadow
In the midst of all this darkness, I sacrifice my ego
There ain't no room for selfish, we do it for the people"*

Spiderman is alone, not by choice, but for need, he sacrifice everything for the city and all by itself, yes, there's more heroes that protect the city, but if there's one you will count, the one that look for help, always be Spiderman.

@ultracat942

not really... this song is too deep for the trilogy of Tom's spiderman since it doesn't suit the vibe of teenagers that makes mistakes and hasn't yet grown to take the responsibility of being the spiderman.

"the name that history wrote"- he not really that popular in the MCU since he just a guy in a tight suit on youtube

"I am a lonely hero" - doesn't make sense cuz there are a ton of other heroes on the line

"trying to fight my battles"- none of those are his battle nor enemies, he just trying to do what's right by stopping bad guys that were created by others' lack of responsibility. Even in NWH when the enemy is there because of him, he still not alone because "others" are there to help.

"I sacrifice my ego"- he is too young to drop his ego (not until the end of NWH ), so in the end, he goes against bigger threat and ends up making other hurt or died

"There ain't no room for selfish" - though it is normal for spiderman to think for others, but Tom's trilogy storyline makes Spiderman constantly trying to find ways to fix everything wanting things for the better and blowing it up, in the end, is somewhat selfish. Other spiderman trilogy has more simple ways of storytelling by letting the hero bumping into super villains or letting themselves take the big hit in order to save those who they love

It's not that I hate Tom Holland, I just don't think the lyric is suitable for him

Lyrics:And everybody know the story of David and Goliath
But this is bigger than triumph
This is for the warrior, this is for you and I
This is for euphoria, give me a piece of mind
God is recording this, won't you look in the sky?
Tell him you got the behavior of your neighbor
Even when stability's never in your favor
Fly with the turbulence, only last a minute
Land on your dreams, and recognize you live it
Walk through the valley of peace, with bare feet (Oh)
Run through the flames, that's more passion for me (Oh)
I passed testimony just so the world can see (Oh)
Battle wounds on me, you watching me lick 'em clean
I know, I know, my pride, my goals, my highs, my lows
I know, I know, it's mind control
I know I could prosper, no impostor, prosecute my posture
I stand up and I stand by ya, what?
I am a freedom fighter, the name that history wrote
And even through disaster, eye of the tiger for hope
I'm tryna find my way back, there's no day off for heroes
And even when I'm tired, go is the only word I know
And the night is takin' over, and the moonlight gets exposure
And the players have been chosen
And it seems like fate has spoken
When it seems your faith has broken, by the second, losin' focus
Ain't no way to get off, get off, get off, get off
Unless you move forward
I bet they wonder how I go on, go on
I bet they wonder how I go on, go on
I'll simply say, "It's on again, it's on again", whoa-oh
The world don't stop, it's on again, it's on again, whoa-oh
I am a lonely hero, trying to fight my battles
Life likes to blow the cold wind, sometimes it freezes my shadow
In the midst of all this darkness, I sacrifice my ego
There ain't no room for selfish, we do it for the people
And the night is takin' over, and the moonlight gets exposure
And the players have been chosen
And it seems like fate has spoken
When it seems your faith has broken, by the second, losin' focus
Ain't no way to get off, get off, get off, get off
Unless you move forward
I bet they wonder how I go on, go on
I bet they wonder how I go on, go on
I'll simply say, "It's on again, it's on again", whoa-oh
The world don't stop, it's on again, it's on again, whoa-oh
Say the work don't stop, 'cause they don't stop
And everybody here tryna get on top
Everybody from the burbs down to the block
Gotta hold on tight and don't let go, let go
Huh, so you think you hot?
Gotta grind hard, give it all you got
You can have, or you can have not
You see that a lot in the ghetto, ghetto
I bet they wonder how I go on, go on
I bet they wonder how I go on, go on
I'll simply say, "It's on again, it's on again", whoa-oh
The world don't stop, it's on again, it's on again, whoa-oh

Challenge: lip-sync Kendrick Lamarā€™s verse

Ayo, I donā€™t mean to force anything on anyone, but we have various types of evidence for biblical events. If anyone is interested, read on

Brothers, what have we done. look at us. look at what we've become. This isn't right. we're wasting time going on about girls and sus drawings that don't give a f*ck about us. What is the point of lust? Why do we do this? This doesn't fix our problems, doesn't make the stress and pain go away.

repent to God, friends. We must stay focused, brothers, on what really matters. I'm only 17, but I'm telling you, in the words of johnny cash, "sooner or later God will cut you down."
you will lose almost everything important to you. please, for your sakes, repent and turn to Jesus. He is, in the words of Skillet, "better than drugs." He is also better than lust. love > lust. You'll find out that this is true. love may hurt, and same for lust, but lust will keep you chained down, eventually killing you mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and possibly physically.

hell was never meant for us, my fellow youtube user. it was for the devil and his squad, and God gave us the Way out of there since we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

God knew we were wack, but He decided He was still come down and help us, despite our unfaithfulness. most relationships (like friendships, romantic relationships) aren't like this. Very few, but not a whole lot.

religion (Christianity) is just a relationship with God along with loving others (see james 1:27)

also, we have various types of evidence that backs up the Bible.

Here's one example: Scientists have discovered that the earth "skipped" a day.
The Bible explains how that happened. In the book of Joshua, Joshua asked the sun to stop so he and the Israelites could defeat their enemies. Then in 2 Kings, King Hezekiah learned he was dying, and pleaded to God to not let him die. God sent a prophet to king hezekiah who said hezekiah would live. Hezekiah wanted a sign, and that would be for the sun to defy the law of inertia and go back 10 degrees. NASA confirmed it and did the math (look it up for more info).

We also found Noahā€™s Ark hanging out in turkey, along with anchor stones marked with crosses signifying that itā€™s a revered place, along with altars and many other things. Look it up, itā€™s good stuff.

more evidence for the Bible concerning cosmology and divine revelation in job 26:7, proverbs 8:27, Isaiah 40:22 (read on)

The idea that the earth was round can be dated back to 600 BC in Greece. It was more widely accepted around the 3rd century (300 BC-201 BC) Note: time was ā€œlabeledā€ differently back then. for example, year 3000, year 420, year 69, year 0, year 1, year 2ā€¦ and so on.

Job 26:7: ā€œ. . .He [God] hangs the earth on nothingā€ The book of Job was supposedly written at 2100 BC.

Proverbs 8:27: ā€œ. . .when He drew a circle on the face of the deep. . .ā€ Proverbs was possibly written between 970 and 686 BC

Isaiah 40:22: ā€œit is He who sits above the circles of the earth. . .ā€ Isaiah was written between 739 and 680 BC.

This one doesnā€™t pertain to cosmology, but it refers to divine revelation nonetheless.

Isaiah 11:15 ā€œThe Lord will dry up the gulf of the Egyptian sea; with a scorching wind he will sweep his hand over the Euphrates River. He will break it up into seven streams so that anyone can cross over in sandals.ā€

Revelation 16:12 ā€œThe sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East.ā€

How did they know about this? You tell me, my fellow Zoomerz.

The Holy Spirit exists. I was a slave to s3xual sin for 7-ish d@mn years. Finally at 16, God freed me. Also, look up John Gabbana's (boonk gang) testimony. Dude did a lot of wacky stuff. He's changed now.

also, the soul exists. someone i know (i won't say who- privacy reasons) saw their soul leaving their body. like pulling off a band-aid, except it doesn't hurt.

I was suicidal for 9-ish months, but then I read John 3:16, and poof- the big sad went away in one night.

There are also non-Christian sources who have confirmed the existence and divinity of Jesus, some of which were hostile towards Christianity, such as:
Thallus (52 AD), who said Jesus lived, was crucified, and confirmed the darkness and earthquake that followed Christā€™s crucifixion;
Tacitus (56-120 AD), who called the followers of Christ Christians, confirmed that Jesus was crucified under Pontus Pilateā€™s command
Talmud (400-700 AD), confirmed that the disciples were martyred for their faith, and confirmed Jesus was executed the day before the Passover, and said Jesus had ā€œmagicalā€ powers
Pliny the Younger (61-113 AD), who said that the Christians thought Jesus was/is God in the Flesh (God the Son)
Phlegon (80-140 AD), who said Jesus had the ability to predict the future, and confirmed that Jesus was crucified during Caesarā€™s reign, confirmed Jesus rose from the dead, and confirmed He showed His wounds to confirm He was crucified.
Celcus (175 AD), who said Jesus was born of a virgin, said His father is a carpenter, and confirmed Jesus had miraculous powers
(See cold-case Christianity for more details)

Hereā€™s the physical evidence of Jesus and His Resurrection:
1) No persecution would have started if He hadnā€™t come back (the disciples thought Jesus would never resurrect)
2) The Roman soldiers would have paid with their lives if they failed at their jobs
3) there was a 2-4 ton rock that 11-12 guys would have to move (they didnā€™t have any help. Everyone said ā€œcrucify Himā€) major L to those opposed to Jesus
4) there was a Roman seal which was a metal pin that sealed the tomb stone
5) Stealing the Jesusā€™s body isnā€™t something the disciples would do (besides Judas. Although he hung himself after feeling remorse for betraying Jesus).
6) the disciples wouldnā€™t die for what they knew would be a lie. (The lie being Jesus never made the ultimate comeback)

Thallus (52 AD), who said Jesus lived, was crucified, and confirmed the darkness and earthquake that followed Christā€™s crucifixion;
